Ömer Fani Efendi ve tasavvufa dair üç eseri

Abstract

Ömer Fânî Efendi XVI. yüzyılın ikinci yarısıyla, XVII. yüzyılın ilk yarısında yaşamış Osmanlı'nın yetiştirdiği âlim ve sûfîlerinden biridir.Farklı tarîkatlarla bağlantısı olmakla birlikte onun manevî terbiyesinden geçtiği ve hilafet aldığı kişi, Halvetiyye Tarikatı'nın Cemâliyye Kolu şeyhlerinden Abdulmümin Efendi'dir. Şeyhinin vefatından sonra onun görev yaptığı Tercüman Yunus Tekkesi'nde post-nişîn olmuştur.Ayasofya Câmii'nde de vâizlik yapan Ömer Fânî Efendi, Kadızâdelilerle ve bazı melâmî gruplarla fikrî planda mücâdele etmiştir.Tasavvuf başta olmak üzere, tefsîr ve hadîs gibi alanlarda eserler yazmıştır.Osmanlı ordusuna moral sağlama ve manevî destek olma amacıyla III. Mehmed ile Eğri seferine de katılmış olan Ömer Fânî Efendi, yetiştirdiği halifelerini ülkenin çeşitli yerlerine göndererek tarikat hizmetinin geniş alanda temsilini sağlamıştır.Bu çalışmada Ömer Fânî Efendi'nin hayatı, ilmî şahsiyeti hakkında bilgi verilmiş, temel üç eseri incelenerek, tasavvufî görüşleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Omer Fani Efendi, who had lived between the second half of the 16th century and the second half of the 17th century, is one of erudite and sufi that Ottoman had brought up.As well as he had relations to other dervish orders, he had acquired his moral decency from Sheikh Abdulmumin Efendi of Cemaliyye Wing of Halvettiye Dervish Order, after whose death he had been the sheikh in Tercuman Yunus Tekkesi.Having served as a preacher in Hagia Sophia Mosque, Omer Fani Efendi had also ideologically fought against to Kadizadeliler and some other condemned (MELAMI) groups.He has produced books on disciplines such as commentary on Koran, the study of hadiths and mainly Sufism.In order to provide morale and spiritual support to the Ottoman Army, he had participated in the Egri campaign together with Mehmet the 3rd, and by sending the caliphates, that he had brought up, to many other regions of the country, he had provided a wide representation of dervish order.In this study, his life and his scientific personality have been enlightened, and his sufistic opinion has been identified by investigation of his three books.ÖNSÖZ
