İlköğretimde ve ortaöğretimde çalışan öğretmenlerin öfke ifade biçimlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Erzurum ili Merkez Palandöken ve Yakutiye İlçeleri ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin öfke ifade biçimleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 10 ilköğretim ve 10 ortaöğretim okulundan olmak üzere toplam 330 öğretmen oluşturmuştur.Araştırmada Türkçeye uyarlaması Özer (1994) tarafından yapılan ?Sürekli Öfke ve Öfke İfade Stilleri? ölçeği kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular maddeler halinde aşağıda özetlenmiştir.1.İlköğretimde ve ortaöğretimde görev yapan öğretmenlerin içe atılan öfke ifade biçimlerinde; medeni durumlarına göre ve hizmet yıllarına göre anlamlı farklılaşma bulunmuştur.2.İlköğretimde ve ortaöğretimde görev yapan öğretmenlerin dışa vurulan öfke ifade biçimlerinde; cinsiyete göre, öğretmenlik mesleğini isteyerek yapmaya göre, öğretmenlik mesleğini kendine uygun bulmaya göre, çalışılan ortamdan memnun olmaya göre, okul idaresi tarafından ödül-ceza sisteminin adil olarak işletildiğini düşünmeye göre ve öğretmenlik mesleğinin toplumda hak ettiği yeri bulduğunu düşünmeye göre anlamlı farklılaşma bulunmuştur.3.İlköğretimde ve ortaöğretimde görev yapan öğretmenlerin öfke kontrollerinde; öğretmenlik mesleğini kendine uygun bulmaya göre, okul idaresi tarafında takdir edildiğini düşünmeye göre ve öğretmenlik mesleğini isteyerek yapmaya göre anlamlı farklılaşma bulunmuştur.

İn this research, the styles of anger expression of the teachers who are on duty in primary and secondary schools of the towns of Yakutiye and Palandöken in city of Erzurum were examined. The sampling of the research consisted of total 330 teachers from 10 primary and 10 secondary schools. İn the research ?The Scale Of Constant Anger and Anger Expression Styles? are used.The results obtained from the research are summaried in articles as follows:1-There was significant distinction according to the service years and morital status in the styles of inward anger expressions of the teachers who are duty on primary and secondary schools.2-İn outwards anger types of the teachers of primary and secondary schools, there were significant distinctions according to their sex, fullfilling their jobs voluntarily, accepting themselves suitable for the job of teaching, to be pleased with working place, thinking of justice application about prize-punishment system by school management, thinking about that teaching job deserved a rank in the comminity in a good place.3-İn anger controls of the teachers in primary and secondary schools; there was significant distinction according to, accepting suitable for teaching job to themselves, thinking about being admined by school management, fullfilling their jobs voluntarily.
