Hanefi ve Şafiilerin namaz konusundaki ihtilafları ve dayandıkları deliller

Abstract

Bu çalışma Hanefî ve Şafiî mezheplerinin namaz konusundaki ihtilaflarının dayandığı delillerden bahsetmektedir. Bu ihtilafların temelinde öncelikle Hz. Peygamber'in farklı söz fiil ve tavırları vardır. İkinci olarak bu söz, fiil ve tavırlardan birini diğerine tercih etme konusunda, her iki mezhep farklı usulleri esas almıştır. Böylece her mezhep farklı usullere dayanarak bunlardan birini diğerine tercih etmiş böylece namaz konusunda ihtilaf ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı bu mezheplerin görüş ayrılığının dayandığı delilleri ortaya koymak ve usul açısından bunları incelemektir. Her biri meşru delillere dayandığından İslam Fıkıh mezheplerinin hepsi hak mezheplerdir. Mezheplerin bu görüş ayrılıkları, Müslümanlar için kolaylık sağlamıştır.

This study is about the proofs on prayer issue of Hanefis and Şafis sectarians on which their controversial interpretations are based. Firstly, these controversial interpretations or disagreements mainly arise from the different talks, behaviors and discourses of Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him). Secondly, in the process of giving preference and evaluation of these talks, behaviors and discourses these two sectarians had followed different methods. Thereby each sectarians basing on different methods had preferred one to other and at the result such controversies had emerged. The purpose of the study is to reveal the proofs on which these controversial interpretations are based, and analyse them from the point of methods. Due to their leaning on legitimate evidences each of Islamic law sectarians are justifiable. And these disagreements of sectarians give Muslims easiness in practice.
