I. Dönem TBMM (23 Nisan1920?16 Nisan1923) döneminde sosyo-ekonomik alanındaki yasal düzenlemeler

Abstract

Bu çalışmayla, Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nin sosyal ve ekonomik alanlarda yapmış olduğu çalışmalar anlatılmaktadır. Beş ana bölümden oluşan bu çalışma, 23 Nisan 1920 ile 16 Nisan 1923 tarihleri arasındaki TBMM'nin çıkartmış olduğu sosyal ve ekonomik alandaki yasal düzenlemelerini kapsar. Çalışma ile ilk önce dönemim sosyal, siyasal, askeri ve ekonomik yönleri ortaya konulmuştur. Daha sonra TBMM'nin çıkartmış olduğu sosyal ve ekonomik alanlardaki yasal düzenlemelerin yıl yıl tarih sırasına göre verilmesiyle devam etmiştir. Sonrasında yasal düzenlemelerden kanunlara ve kanunların kısaca açıklandığı müzakerelere yer verilmiştir. Yorum gerektirmediği için kararnameler ve heyeti umumiye kararları ise aynen metnindeki gibi aktarılmıştır.Ulaşılması gereken nokta bakımından ilgili dönemdeki tüm kanunlar, kararnameler ve heyeti umumiye kararları bu çalışma ile bir araya toplanarak sunulmuştur.

In this research, the works of Turkısh Grand National Assembly which are about social life and economy have been told. This researched, consisting of five main parts, includes the legal regulations which TGNA had implomented about the social life and economy between the dates 23 rd April 1920 ? 16 th April 1923.This work aims at revealing the term?s social, political, martial and economical aspects of life.And then, it goes on with the kronocigal order of legal regulation that TGNA had laid out in the fields of social and economic. Later on, it mentions from legal regulations to laws and the negotiations that shortly explains the laws. Decrees and the committee desicions have been conveged as it, orijinal from since they don?t require any comment.All the laws and committe desicions have been presented by gathering all of them, so that they com be reached easily.
