Deveboynu geçidi ve çevresinin coğrafi özellikleri

Abstract

Yüksek Lisans tezi olarak hazırlanan bu araştırmanın konusunu; Deveboynu Geçidi ve Çevresinin Coğrafi Özellikleri oluşturmaktadır.Deveboynu geçidi gerek tarihi süreçte gerekse günümüzde önemli bir ulaşım güzergâhı, güvenli bir geçiş noktası ve stratejik konum olmuştur. Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nin Erzurum-Kars Bölümü içerisinde yer alan bu saha Erzurum İli merkezinin doğusunda bulunmaktadır. İçerisinde bir köy yerleşmesi, askeri birlikler, kara ve ulaşım sistemleriyle Bu sistemlere ait akaryakıt istasyonları ve dinlenme tesisleri yer almaktadır. Araştırma sahası batısından Erzurum Büyükşehir belediyesine ait Palandöken Semt ilçesi, güneyinde Palandöken dağlan, Kuzeyden Top dağı ve doğusunda Hamam deresi mevkileri ile sınırlıdır.Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nin iki önemli dağ sisteminim birbirine en çok yaklaştığı bu alanda yükselti 2200-23 OOm kadardır. Güneye ve kuzeye gidildikçe artan yükseltiler, doğuya ve batıya doğru tedricen azalır. Karasal iklim şartlanmn hüküm sürdüğü bölge de yüksek dağ stepleri hâkimdir. The subject of this study prepared as mastery thesis consisted of Deveboynu Passage and its surrounding's geographic features.The Passage of Deveboynu is an important route and a secure junction and a strategic region bothin historic process and in our present day.The region situated in the section of Erzurum-kars of Eastern Anatolia is in the east of erzurum City Centre.lt includesa village settlement,and a body of troops,Land and Tranportation systems,and petrol stations and accommodation facilities belonging to these systems.The study region is bounded to Palandöken District Town belonging to Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality from West ,Palandöken Mountains from south,'Topdağı from South and Hamam Deresi from East.The altitude in this region Where two important mountain systems of Eastern Anatolia approached closely each other is as 2200-2300 metres as.As it is gone towards South and North,,This altitude increases.but it reduces gradually towards East and West.High Mountain steps dominate in this region where continental climate conditions prevail.
