Hoşap Kalesi bezemeleri

Abstract

Van-İran arasında ulaşımı sağlayan anayol üzerinde yer alan Hoşap Urartu'lardan beri önemini korumuştur,Yavuz Sultan Selim'in 1514 te Çaldıran Zaferinden sonra kurmaya çalıştığı birliği 1548' de Kanuni Sultan Süleyman II. İran seferi sırasında sağlamıştır. İrana karşı Osmanlı lehine büyük yararlılıklar gösteren Mahmudi Beyleri ?Mahmudi Hükümeti? adıyla Van Beylerbeyi'ne bağlı olarak Hoşap ve çevresini yönetmişlerdir.1548 den sonra Osmanlı devletine tabi olan Mahmudi Hükümetinden kalan Hoşap Kalesi 16.yy'ın ikinci yarısında ve 17.yy da yapılmış olup tarihi önem taşımaktadır.Hoşap Kalesi bezemeleri tez konusu olarak seçilmiş olup tez kapsamında yaptığımız bu çalışmada Hoşap Kalesinde mimari doku üzerinde bulunan süslemeler ele alınmıştır. Konu kapsamında kaledeki yapılarda bulunan taş işçiliği, alçı üzerine yapılan süslemeler, kalem işi süslemeler, ve madeni eserler üzerindeki süslemelerin yanı sıra kazı buluntuları da tez kapsamında incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu süre içerisinde tez konusunu oluşturan malzemelerin detaylı bir şekilde fotoğraf çekimleri yapılarak her malzemeye envanter numarası verilmiştir. Bunların içerisinde önemli ve farklı gördüğümüz eserlerin fırçayla nüanslı bir şekilde çizimleri gerçekleştirilmiştirAmacımız bu yapıdaki süslemeleri detaylı bir şekilde inceleyerek tanıtmak ve Osmanlı sanatı içindeki yerini tespit etmeye çalışmaktır. Ayrıca ileride yapılacak olan restorasyon çalışmalarının, bu tezde yapılan belgelendirmeler sayesinde sağlıklı ve uygun bir şekilde yapılması da mümkün olabilecektirÇalışma kapsamında incelediğimiz bezeme parçaları katalog bölümünde belli bir disipline göre ve detaylı bir şekilde tanıtılmıştırAnahtar Kelimeler: Hoşap Kalesi, Mahmudi Beyliği

Situated at the main road between the city of Van and Persia, Hosap has maintained its importance since the period of Urartians.Suleyman the magnificent managed to establish the unity during the second excursion of Persia in 1548, which Sultan Selim the stern had tried after the Caldiran victory in 1514. Contributing much to the victory of the Ottomans, Mahmudi lords ruled Hosap and the surrounding area as connected to the governor of Van in the name of Mahmudi government. Hosap fortress left from the Mahmudi government tied to the Ottoman state after 1548 was built during the second half of 16th century and in the early 17th century and has a historical significance.Hosap fortress was chosen as thesis subject, and the study dealt with the embellishments on the architectural texture of the fortress. Within the scope of the study, findings of excavations were also investigated as well as the stonemasonry, embellishments on the stone, hand-carved embellishments and those on the metal works in the fortress. During the process of the study, detailed pictures of the materials which were the base for the thesis were taken, and each material was given an inventory number. Among these, the nuanced drawings of the works which we regarded as important and different were made with brush.The aim was to present the embellishments on the structure in detail and to establish their place within the Ottoman art. The study will also help the further restoration works to be done healthfully and appropriately thanks to the documentation the thesis has provided.Key words: Hoşap, Mahmudi
