Hamdân er-Râzî'nin hayatı, eserleri ve dilbilimci yönünü ve bu alana katkılarını ele almaktadır. Öte yandan bu çalışma; Ebû Hâtim'in Kitâbu'z-Zîne fi'l-Kelimâti'l-İslâmiyyeti'l-Arabiyye adlı eserini Arap leksikografisini dikkate alarak incelemektedir. | |

Hamdan al-Razi, who lived in the second Abbasid period (322/933-34) and is well-known as an Ismailî daî. However, he is hardly ever examined as an Arab linguist.
