Din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi öğretimi sürecinde engelliler

Abstract

Din kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi dersi çerçevesinde engellilere yönelik din eğitimini ele aldığımız ve ülkemizde engelli öğrencilere eğitim veren okullardaki öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda hazırladığımız tez, giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde problem, amaç ve önem ortaya konmuş, araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama teknikleri, analizleri ve çalışmanın sınırlıklarına ilişkin bilgiler verilmiştir.Birinci bölümde engelli bireyler için kullanılan kavramlar, bu bireylerin sınıflandırılmaları, her sınıfın özellikleri ve bu özelliklere uygun eğitimin nasıl verilebileceği tartışılmıştır. Öğrencilerin gelişimlerinin ve bireysel farklarının bilinmesi, ihtiyaç duyacakları maddi-manevi gereksinimlerinin karşılanmasında ve bağımsız olarak yaşamalarına katkı sağlayan dini bilginin belirlenmesinde önemlidir. Aynı şekilde engellilere yönelik din eğitiminde Kur?an?ın ve Hz. Muhammed?in ortaya koyduğu prensipler büyük önem taşımaktadır. Zira hem Kur?an hem de Hz. Muhammed?in uygulamalarında engellilere değer verildiği, bu kimselerin sosyal hayata katılımları için gerekli önlemlerin alındığı ve seviyelerine uygun eğitim verildiği görülmektedir.İkinci bölümde engellilere yönelik din eğitiminin genel çerçevesi ve örneklem seçilen öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda eğitimin niteliğinin arttırılması için bazı öneriler ortaya konmuştur. Bu kapsamda engellilere verilecek din eğitiminde, öğretmen yeterliliğinin arttırılması, okul-sınıf kapasitesinin iyileştirilmesi ve fiziksel çevrenin uygunluğunun sağlanması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bunun yanında RAM ve BEP?lerin daha işlevsel hale getirilmesi, FATİH Projesinde engellilerin din eğitimi için projeler hazırlanması, modern ve klasik öğretim materyallerinin çeşitlendirilmesi ve ihtiyaçlara göre yeniden düzenlenmesi gerekmektedir.

Investigating the education of religion for disabled students within the framework of Education of Religion and Ethics course by considering the opinions of the teachers working in Turkish schools for disabled students, this dissertation consists of an introduction and two main parts. In the introduction part, the problem, purpose and significance of the study have been mentioned including some information related to the data collection methods used in the study, the data analyses, and the limitations of the study.The concepts used for disabled individuals, the categorization of these individuals, the characteristics of every category, and how to provide appropriate training for these characteristics have been discussed in the first main section. Knowing about the differences and developments of students is important for meeting their financial and moral needs and for identifying religious information contributing to their independent living. Likewise, the principles presented by the Koran and the Prophet Mohammed for education of religion for the disabled are of vital importance since it can be seen from the practices of the Prophet Mohammed and The Koran that the disabled were valued and trained according to their levels, and necessary precautions were taken for their participation to the social life.In these condpart, the general framework of education of religion for disabled students and some suggestions to improve the quality of education in line with the opinions of the teachers chosen as the sample were represented. Within this scope, it is significant to increase teacher proficiencies, improve school-class capacity and make physical environment suitable in the education of religion for the disabled. Additionally, it is necessary to make Counselling and Research Centers (CRC) and Individualized Education Plans (IEP) more functional, to make projects regarding the education of religion for disabled students in Movement of Enhancing Opportunities and Improving Technology (FATİH) Project, to prepare a great variety of modern and classic teaching materials and to reorganize these materials in accordance with needs.
