Sehâvî`nin hocaları özelinde IX. asırda hanım muhaddisler

Abstract

İslâm dininin Kurân-ı Kerîm'den sonraki temel kaynağı olan hadislerin geleceknesillere aktarımında, Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s) devrinden itibaren erkeklerin yanı sırahanımlar da imkânları nispetinde kendilerini yetiştirmiş, çeşitli hizmetler ifa etmişlerdir.Ancak onların bu faaliyetlerini başlangıçtan günümüze taşıyacak müstakil bir eserbulunmamakla birlikte, sayısı gayet az olan birkaç ilmî çalışma belirli dönemlere haskılınarak yazılmış, hanımların yaşadığı devirlerdeki konumları ve eğitime katkıları elealınmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, günümüzde kadınların eğitim ve öğretimininlüzumunu ortaya koymak amacıyla hicrî IX. asrın büyük hadis âlimlerindenolan Sehâvî'nin (v.902/1496) yetişmesine katkı sağlayan hanımların Memlüklerdöneminde sosyal hayattaki konumu, eğitimi, ilme özellikle de hadis ilmine dair rivâyet,hıfz, tedris vb. hizmetleri tespit edilerek ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca es-Sehâvî'nin gerek icâzetalarak gerekse icâzet dışında bir yolla kendisinden hadis aldığı hanım hocaları, kenditelif ettiği ed-Dav'ül-Lâmi' Li Ehli'l-Karni't-Tâsi' eserinden yola çıkılarak tespit edilipkısa hal tercemeleri verilmiştir. Mezkûr konuda Fatma KAVŞUT'un Kadınların Hadisİlmindeki Yeri Hicrî IX. Asır Memlükler Dönemi isimli çalışmasının olmasıyla birliktebizim ortaya koyacağımız meseleler kendinden önceki bu çalışmanın tamamlayıcızinciri olacaktır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hanım Muhaddisler, Sehâvî, Mısır, Hadis, İcâzet, Memlükler.

From the age of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) convey the hadith which is thesecond major source of Islam after the Quran to the next generations men as well asladies educated themselves in proportion to the facilities they have and they perform avariety of services. But from the beginning till today there is no a self-contained workabout their activities nevertheless there is a few scientific work which are written inspecific certain periods about the position and contribution to education of the ladies intheir times. In this work to reveal the need of the education of women we identified andadverted the ladies -in the age of Mamluks their position in the social life, about theireducation, science especially hadith science narrative, memorization and teaching- whoare contributed to the growth of the great hadith scholar al-Sahawi (902/1496) in thehijri IX century. In addition, the hadith which al-Sahawi took with ijazat or withoutijazat from his lady teachers are identified in his work al-Dav al-Lame Li Ahl al-Qarnat-Tase is given in short translations. As well as there is a study about the mentionedsubject but the issues we will revealed are completed the study before.Key Words: Women transmitters, al-Sakhawi, Egypt, hadith, ijazat, Mamluks
