Oedipoda Eoerulescens`in (Orthoptera: acrididae) dişisinde üreme sisteminin histolojik yapısı

Abstract

i ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Oedipoda coerulescensfin dişi üreme sistemi histolojik ve morfolojik yönden incelenmiştir. Üreme sis teminden hazırlanan parafin bloklardan kesitler alınmış ve Mayer Hematoksilen -eozin boyası ile boyanmıştır. Kesitler, histolojik yönden ışık mikroskobunda incelenip değerlendirilmiştir. Oedipoda coerulescens ' in üreme sisteminin, bir çift yumurtalık, ana kanalla birleşen iki yanal kanal ve bununla ilişkili yardımcı bezlerden oluştuğu görülmüştür. 0. coeru lescens dişisinde yumurta tüpleri, panoistik tiptedir. Pa- noistik tip yumurta tüpü; terminal filament, germarium, vitellarium ve pedisel olmak üzere dört bölüme ayrılarak incelenmiştir. Her tüp, epitel kılıf ve tunika propria ile sarılmıştır. Sperm kesesi, kas doku ile sarılmış bir çift tüpten oluşmuştur. Sperm kesesi kanalı vaginaya bağlanmış tır. Sperm kesesi bezinin yapısında, salgı durumuna göre, sitoplazmaları açık veya koyu pembe renkte boyanan epitel hücreleri ile bunların arasında kanalcıklar gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, 0, coerulescens dişilerinde üreme sisteminin morfolojisi, Acrididae familyasının diğer türlerine ben zerlik göstermiştir. Üreme sisteminin genel histolojisi, literatürdeki bulgulara uygundur. Fakat 0. coerulescens dişisinde üreme sistemini saran kas doku, dışta boyuna, içte enine yerleştiğinden, daha önce incelenen diğer türlerden farklılık göstermektedir.

11 SUMMARY In this study, the internal reproductive system of female Qedipoda coerulescens has been investigated histologically and morphologically. The sections were taken from reproduc tive system using paraffin block and were stained with Ma yer Hematoxylin-eosin. The histology of sections were exa mined under light-microscope. It has been seen that the internal reproductive system in the female Oedinoda coerulescens consists of a pair of o- varies, a pair of lateral oviducts connected with median oviduct and accessory glands which are connected these paired lateral oviducts. The ovarioles of female 0^_ coeru lescens is panoistic type. Panoistic ovariole has been examined by dividing into four parts such as a terminal filament, a germarium, a vitellarium and a pedicel. Each ovariole is surrounded by an epithelial sheath and by a tunica propria. Spermatheca is composed of a pair of sperm- storing tubules, enclosed with a muscle tissue. Spermathe- cal duct was connected with a vagina. In addition, the e- pithelial cells whose protoplasm stained light or dark pink according to their secretion have been observed in spermathecal gland. Also, there were intercellular canali- culi between epithelial cells. As results, it has been seen that the reproductive system of the females 0. coerulescens is morphologically similar to the other species of the family of Acrididae. On the other hand, the histological structure of 0. coerulescens is similar to reports in literature. But, because of the muscle sheath of 0. coerulescens was longitudinal at the outside and circular at the inside, there is a difference between 0. coerulescens and previously studied other spe cies in by this characteristics.
