İslam tarihi kaynaklarına göre halifelik ve Hz. Ebu Bekir`in halife seçilmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Hz. Peygamberin vefatından sonra ümmetin başına geçecek halîfenin kim olacağı ve seçilmesi meselesi günümüze kadar gelen münakaşalı konulardan biridir. Tezimizde İlk halîfe seçimi olarak tanınan Benî Sâide gölgeliği ve onun etrafında baş gösteren hadiseler İslâm Tarihi kaynaklarından araştırılarak bir değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Fakat daha bu hadiseyi araştırmağa başlamadan önce hadiseyi doğuran ve onu etkileyen bazı önemli sebepleri temellendirmek için Giriş kısmında Benî Sâide Gölgeliğinde baş gösteren seçimi etkileyen İslâm öncesi Arap yarımadasındaki yönetim anlayışı ortaya konulmağa çalışıldı. Daha sonra ise yönetim konusunda Hz. Peygamber'in bir devlet başkanı olarak yaptığı faaliyetleri incelendi. Birinci bölümde İslâm'ın, özellikle de Kur'ân'ın ve Sünnet'in devlet, yönetim, iktidar, hakimiyet ve İslâmî yönetim olarak tanınan hilâfetle alakası, bunlarla ilgili sunduğu ilkeler ve ana prensipler incelenmeğe çalışıldı. İkinci bölümde ise Sakîfetu Benî Sâide'de baş gösteren ilk halîfe seçimi ile ilgili rivayetler mümkün olduğu kadar kaynaklardan ortaya konularak, seçim hakkında daha sonradan çıkan çeşitli görüşler ışığında değerlendirilmeye tabi tutuldu. Üçüncü bölümde bu hadise ve hadiseyle doğrudan ilgilisi bulunan hilâfet ve imamet hakkında çeşitli mezhep âlimlerinin görüşleri, Benî Sâide seçimi ve hilâfet müessesesinin sonuçları ve etkileri serdedilmeğe çalışıldı. Bütün bu bilgilerin ışığında Hz. Peygamber'in vefat ederken başkanlık konusunda hiç bir kimseyi vasiyet etmediği, Hz. Ebû Bekir'in seçim yoluyla halîfe seçildiği ve bu seçimde Cahiliye devri Arap riyaset anlayışının önemli etkisi olduğu, sahabe tarafından kurulmuş hilâfet müessesesinin Kur'ân ve Sünnet'in emri olmadığı, Kur'ân ve Sünnet'in belli bir devlet nizamı koymadığı, lakin bu konuda temel prensipler vazettiği sonucuna varılmıştır. 209

ABSTRACT The questian of choosing the caliph after the death of the Prophet (s.a.s) is one of the contravertial issue which has came dawn to the present day. In this dissertation I have dealth with the issue of Beni Saide and the events that have taken place in this circumstances. Before this, I wanted to bring out the political mechanism which was existed in the Arap Peninsula before Islam. After this, with regand to political domain, I have examined the affairs of the Prophet as a ruler. In the first chapher, I have tried to analyse the concepts drawn from the Quran and the Sunnah such as state, administration, soveneignty and their relations with the caliphate. From these concepts I have identified the political rules and principles. In the second chapher, I have presented various narratians from the historical sources and evaluated these traditions in the light of the later devolapments. In the third chapher, I have braught out the oponions of the distinguished scolars on imameh and Calipha. I also pointed out the result of issue of Bani Saide to the of Calipha. In the light of these discussions, I have concluded that the Prophet himself did not identified any one as successor, that Abu Bakr was elected by ' vote ', that in the election there was impact of tradition of Jahiliyah, that Calipha as institution was not directly depended on the Quran and the Sunnah, and that the Quran and the Sunnah have not established the particular political order rather they generated the fundamental principles regarding with the political domain. -210-
