Karasu havzasında taşkın analizleri

Abstract

ÖZET Akarsular üzerinde yapımı düşünülen, her türlü tesisin plan, proje ve yapım aşamalarında başka bilgilere ihtiyaç vardır. Yeterli atam gözlem değerlerinin bulunduğu havzalarda çeşitli istatistik yöntemlerden yaralanarak tastan bilgileri elde edilebilir. Bu çalışmada Tokan Fırat havzasında yer alan; Karasu akarsu havzasındaki tastan debilerinin büyüklük ve frekanslarının. elde edilmesi ve bu sonuçların hangi istatistiksel yönteme en iyi şekilde uyduğunun tesbiti amaçlanmıştır. Karasu havzasında 8 adet yeterli A.G.I 'nu; Gamma, Gumbel, Foster Tip-I, Foster Tip -HIİ Slade, Normal ve Lognormal istatistik yöntemleri ve metodları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Kullanılan istatistik yöntemlerin hangisinin bu havzaya uyduğunun tesbitinde Kolmogorov - Smimov testi uygulanmıştır. Çahsmabes ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm konuya giriş niteliğindedir Bu bölümde tastan hesaplananı önemi anlaşılmıştır. İkinci bölümde olasılık teorisi, istatistik ve tastan analizinde kullanılan istatistik yöntemler verilmiştir. Üçüncü, bölümde Karasu havzası hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve tastan analizinde kullanılan istatistik yöntemlerin uygulanma asamadan ve uygunluk testi anlatılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde, Karasu havzasında bulunan her istasyonun tastan analiz sonuçlan ve uygunluk testi, sonuçlan tablolar ve şekillerle verilmiştir. Besinci bölümde bu çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar tartışılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.

SUMMARY We require the Mediations of flood in planning, project and construction stages of every kind of foundation which are thought to be constructed on flowing streams. In fee river basins where there are sfficient current observation values, flood informations can be obtained by trtiMog different statistical procedures. In tins study, obtaining brgenes and frequencies of flood discharges in flowing stream basin of Karasu which is taking place in Upper Euph rates, and fixing which statistical procedure is best convenient for the result of the study, is ained. In Karasu basin, eight sufficient current observation stations, Gamma, Gumbel, Foster Type - I, Foster Type - III, Slade, Normatend Lognormal statistical procedures and methods are used for analysis. Kohnogoroy - Smirnov test is used for fixing which statistical procedure is commenient for this basm. The stndy consists of five main sections. The first section is hi the manner of introduction to the subject In tins section, toe importance of flood calculations is mentioned. In the second section, probability theory, statistical procedures which -were used in statistics and in flood anrysis are given. In the third section, mformation about Karasu basin is given and application steps of the statistical procedures which were used in flood analysis and the suitability test are explained. In fee fourth section, flood anrysis results of eachs&tton which is present in Karasu basin and suitability test results are given in febtes and in figures. In tiie fifth section, the restte which were obtained from the study are discussed and evoluated.
