Hz. Ebubekir Dönemi`nde Kur`an`ın cem`iyle ilgili rivayetlerin tahlili

Abstract

Erkut Abdulkadir, Hz. Ebubekir döneminde Kur 'ân 'ın cem 'iyle ilgili Rivayetlerin Tahlili, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Ankara 2003, Danışman: Doç. Dr. Ömer Özsoy Bu tezde Hz. Ebubekir döneminde Kur'ân'ın cem'iyle ilgili rivayetler tahlil edilmiştir. 32 rivayetten 14'ünün senedi sahihtir. Hz. Ebubekir döneminde Kur'ân resmi bir Mushaf haline getirilmiştir. Cem' esnasmda, yazılı bir metnin ayet olup olmadığına dair iki kişinin şehadeti aranmıştır. Zeyd b. Sabit Tevbe Suresinin son iki ayetini yazdı olarak sadece Huzeyme b. Sâbit'te bulmuştur. Bu metnin ayet olmasıyla ilgili şahit sıkıntısı bulunmamaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu ayetle ilgili iki şahit şarü gerçekleşmiştir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada incelenen rivayetlerin hiç birinde Huzeyme b. Sabit, şahitliği iki kişinin şahitliğine denk olmakla nitelenmemiştir. Hz. Peygamberin Huzeyme ile ilgili bu uygulaması daha sonra bu olayla ilişkilendirilmiş görünmektedir. Ahzab Suresinin 23. ayetiyle ilgili benzer bir durumun Hz. Osman değil Hz. Ebubekir döneminde meydana geldiği anlaşılmaktadır. Huzeyme'nin bu rivayetlerde, şahitliği iki kişinin şahitliğine denk olmakla nitelenmesinin, ravilere ait bir yorum olduğu izlenimi uyanmaktadır.

İn this thesis the collection of the Quran behalf of Ebubekir is studied. 32 reports are studied and 14 chains are reliable. The collection of the Quran was made on behalf of Ebubekir as an official edition. They demanded two witness in the collection. Zeyd b. Sabit found two verse of the Tevbe Surah for Huzeyme b. Sabit as a writed. Many person witnessed it. Consequently the condition of two witness earned true. İn any reports that I studied there isn't an expression relevant his witness. A similiar stuation conserning verse of the Ahzab Surah happened in the collection behalf of Ebubekir not Osman. Probably the expression of his witness in this reports is added by the transmitters later.
