2001 krizi sonrasında bir hegemonya projesi olarak AKP`nin doğuşu

Abstract

2001-2002 iktisadi krizini izleyen süreçte, Türkiye kapitalizminin siyasal alanda hegemonya krizinin de derinleşmesine tanıklık edilmiş ve 3 Kasım 2002 Genel Seçimleri sonucunda AKP'nin tek başına hükümet kurmasına kadar geçen sürede, farklı siyasal projeler devreye sokulmak istenmiştir.Bu süreçte özellikle iktidar blokunu oluşturan sınıfların 90'lı yıllardan itibaren derinleşen hegemonya krizlerinin ulaştığı nokta gözlenmiştir. AKP tam da bu noktada, kriz döneminin olağan yollardan aşılarak siyaset üzerinden sermaye hegemonyasının yeniden inşa edilmesine olanak tanımış ve sermayenin derinleşen hegemonya krizine karşı içine düştüğü istikrar özlemini gidermiştir.AKP bu çerçevede Gramsciyen bir yaklaşımla bu tez çalışmasında ele alınmış ve sermayenin organik krize karşı geliştirdiği organik çözüm olarak AKP'nin iktidara yükselişini hem seçim sosyolojisinin hem de ekonomi politik yaklaşımın harmanlanması yoluyla analiz etmiştir. Çalışmada AKP, krizin olağan yollardan geçiştirilmesinin yolu olarak gösterilmiş ve hegemonya projesinin bileşenleri bağlamında AKP'nin kriz sonrası süreçte gördüğü işlevi ele almıştır. Bu doğrultuda ulusal ve uluslar arası gelişmelerin paralelinde ortak bir açıklama tarzı geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

In the process following the 2001-2002 economic crisis, the hegemony crisis of the Turkish capitalism in the political sphere was deepened and until the AKP took the power in 3rd November 2002 elections to form a single party government, it was observed that a number of political projects competed.During this process, the deepened hegemony crisis of the power bloc was also witnessed which started in the course of 90s. AKP in that context was able to reconstitute the capitalist hegemony by ordinary ways and produced results for the stability desires of the power bloc.From this point of view, AKP is evaluated through Gramscian methodology in this dissertation. Electoral sociology was also taken into account through the lens of political economy to understand the rise of AKP the party that was the organic solution of the power bloc to the organic crisis. In this study, AKP was seen as the way of overcoming the organic crisis developed by the power bloc and its function witnessed after the election was taken into consideration. In this context, it was the aim to produce a synthesis for interpretation of the AKP?s rise by interconnecting national and international developments.
