Eğlence sektöründe korunmasız istihdam örneği olarak çingenelerin/Romanların durumu

Abstract

İnsanlık tarihi boyunca var olan eğlencenin, sektör olarak karşımıza çıkmasıyla araştırılması gereken birçok yönü olduğu görülmüştür. Bunlardan bir tanesi de sektörün çalışma yaşamındaki yeridir.İşgücü piyasalarında yaşanan yeniden yapılanma ile esneklik emek piyasalarında egemen hale gelmiştir. Eğlence sektörünün koşulları incelendiğinde esnek çalışma biçimini benimsediği görülmüştür. Sektör ilk olarak ağır çalışma koşulları ile dikkat çekmektedir; uzun çalışma saatleri, belirsiz ücret düzeyleri, örgütsüzlük ve sosyal güvencesizlik gibi birçok olumsuzluğu içinde barındırmaktadır.Bu çalışma; eğlence sektöründe son derece başarılı olarak bilinen Çingenelerin/Romanlarınn sektör içindeki konumlarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. Tarihleri boyunca dışlanmalara maruz kalan Çingeneler/Romanlar, eğlence sektöründe kendilerine yer edinebilmişlerdir. Çingenelerin/Romanların gittikleri her yerde müzik sektöründe çalışmaları, talebin doğurduğu bir ihtiyaçtan mı, yoksa zorunlu bir halden ötürü mü yaşandığı merak konusu olmuştur. Bu doğrultuda, eğlence sektöründe çalışan Çingeneler/Romanlar ile yüz yüze derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılarak sektörle ilgili bilgi alınmasının yanı sıra, karşılaştıkları sorunlar tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir.

With the coming of entertainment, which existed through the human history, to the agenda as a sector, it was seen that there are many aspects of it which has to be researched. One of these aspects is the situation of the sector in the work life.With the reorganization of the labor market, flexibility began to dominate the labor market. When the conditions of the entertainment sector was evaluated, it was seen that it also adopts the flexible working types. First of all, the sector draw attention with the heavy working conditions; it contains in itself many problems such as long working hours, undefined wage levels and social insecurity. In addition to these problems, the level of being organized is quite low in the sector because of its specific working conditions.This study aims to analyze the position of the Gypsies in the entertainment sector since they were regarded very successful in the sector. The Gypsies, who became subject to exclusion throughout history, found a place to themselves in the entertainment sector. The Gypsies are employing in music sector wherever they go. it is a subject of curiosity whether this situation stems from compulsory conditions or from the requirements which arise from the demands. In this respect, face-to-face interviews were done with the Gypsies who work in the entertainment sector. In these interviews, information about the sector was discussed, the problems that they encountered were detected and solutions to these problems were proposed.
