Abstract

Hazırlamış olduğumuz Yüksek Lisans tezi, 671 numaralı ve 1775?1778(H.1189?1192) tarihlerini ihtiva eden Denizli'ye ait Şer`iyye Sicil Defteridir.Çalışmamız giriş ve metnin transkripsiyonundan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümündeOsmanlı Mahkemesi, Kadı ve Şer`iyye Sicil defterlerinin tanıtımına teşebbüs edilmiş,özellikle defterlerin fiziki durumları, katalogları, toplam sayıları, hususiyetleri ve öbüryandan tarih yazıcılığı, kültür tarihi, hukuk tarihi, şehir tarihi incelemeleri ve askeritarih vs. gibi sahaları bakımından ehemmiyetleri tasvir edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca,defterlerin bugünkü durumu, önemi ve bunlara dayalı olarak çeşitli bilim disiplinlerinemensup araştırmacıların çalışmaları da kabaca ele alınmıştır. Yine giriş kısmındaDenizli'ye ait Şer'iyye Sicil defterleri ve bunlar üzerinde yapılan çalışmalar belirtilmişve 671 numaralı Denizli Şer'iyye Sicil Defterinde geçen hükümlerin özetleri verilipdefterin değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Değerlendirmede Denizli'nin kazaları, köyleri,mahalleleri, iktisadî ve ictimaî vaziyetleri üzerinde durulmuş ve giriş bölümdekullanılan çalışmalar bibliyografyada belirtilerek asıl metnin çevriyazısına geçilmiştir.Metnin çevriyazısında basit transkripsiyon kaideleri dikkate alınmıştır. Son olarakkararların genel bir değerlendirilmesi yapılmış tez çalışmasına nihayet verilmiştir

This postgraduate thesis that we prepared and is registered in no. 671, includingbetween the dates 1775-1778 (A.H. 1189-1192) is the Shariyya Registration Book thatbelongs to the Court of Denizli. It's composed of a preface and the transcription of thetext. The preface is divided into two. In the first part the Ottoman Court, Qadi andShariyya Registration Books were attempted to be told, especially the physicalcondition of the books, their categories, total number and features; on the other hand theimportance of the books from the history writing, history of culture, of law, studies ofcity history and military history etc. points of view were tried to be described. Also therecent condition of the books, their importance, and basing on these many studies fromresearchers of various disciplines were taken up roughly. In the introduction of theShariyya Registration Books which belongs to Denizli and the studies made upon thesewere explained and the summaries of the judgments, which were written in the ShariyyaRegistration Books of Denizli, were given and interpreted. In the interpretition there is astress upon the provinces, villages and quarters of Denizli and the things the peopleused, their clothings, what they lived on, their financial and social conditions, and afterthe expiations of works in the bibliography, which were used in this study, were madethe transcription of the original text starts. At the end the decisions were interpretedroughly and the thesis has been finished.
