Türkiye`deki üniversitelerin amblemleri

Abstract

Üniversiteler, eğitim ve öğretimde, bir ülkenin kalkınmasında, insanlarının bilinç düzeyinin yükselmesinde, çağdaş medeniyet seviyesine yükselmede, ekonomik, kültürel, sanatsal gelişimde bir ülkenin en temel ve vazgeçilmez yapı taşlarıdır. Bu kadar önemli olan bu kurumların amblem ve logolarının iddialı ve özgün olması gerekmektedir. Üniversitenin vizyonuna ve misyonuna yaraşır bir tasarım ürünü olmalıdır.Araştırmalarımda üniversitelerin ambleme yeteri kadar önem vermediğini gördüm. Hatta bariz kötü olan amblem tasarımlarının düzeltilmemesi veya yeniden tasarlanmaması bana göre büyük bir eksikliktir. Çünkü sunulan vizyon ve misyonu taşıyacak imaja sahip değiller. Bu kadar önemli kurumların iddialı amblemlere sahip olmaları gerektiği düşüncesini taşıyorum.Vakıf üniversiteleri devlet üniversitelerine göre amblem tasarımlarına daha çok önem vermiş ve daha iyi tasarımlar yapmış veya yaptırmıştır.Bu çalışmamda, Türkiye'deki üniversitelerin amblemleri kurumun adı, amblemin tasarımcısı, üniversitenin kuruluş tarihi, üniversitenin bulunduğu il, tasarım türü, amblemde kullanılan renkler, kullanılan form, amblemin içeriği, üniversitenin web adresi araştırılmış ve incelenmiştir.

Universities, in education, are the main institutions and irrevocable integral parts of a country about the following topics; its high level of modernity, its development in cultural, economical and art areas and the high level of learning for itspeople. Universities are so much important institutions that their emblems must be well designed and suitable for its university?s mission and vision.In my researhes, I have found that the emblems of the universities aren't paid enough importance.Moreover, the design of the emblem, clearly seeming bad, weren't made smooth. The emblems, not being designed again, are a very big deficient, because they haven't got the image that offers the vision and the mission. I strongly believe that such important instutitions must have challenging emblems.The Foundation Universities have paid more importance to the design of their emblems and have done better designs than the State Universities have.In my research, I investigated the emblems of the universities in Turkey, the name of the institute, the designer of the emblem, the foundation date of the university located, the king of designs, the colours and the form used in the emblems, the content of the emblem and the web sites of the universities.
