Erzurum`da üretilen bazı karma yemlerin besin madde içerikleri ve mevcut standartlara uygunluk dereceleri

Abstract

Erzurum ilinde faaliyette bulunan yem fabrikalarında üretilen bazı karma yemlerin besin madde içerikleri kimyasal analizlerle tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada Erzurum'da faaliyet gösteren 4 fabrikadan (ikisi sığır besi, sığır süt, yumurta tavuk 1. dönem, yumurta tavuk 2. dönem, piliç geliştirme, piliç büyütme, buzağı başlangıç, buzağı büyütme ve yumurta civciv, birisi sığır besi, sığır süt ve kuzu besi ve bir diğeri sadece sığır besi yemi üreten) her birinden her ay düzenli olarak 12 ay süreyle ( Nisan 1997- Mart 1998 döneminde) her yemden yaklaşık 0.5-1 kg civarında örnek alınmıştır. Alınan örneklerde ham protein, ham yağ, ham selüloz, ham kül, kuru madde tayini Weende analizi metoduna göre, P tayini, Spektrofotometre de Vanodomolibdat Sarı renk yöntemine göre ve Ca analizi, nitrik-sülfirik-perklorik asit karışımıyla yaş yakmaya tabi tutulan örneklerde Atomik Absorbsiyon Spektrofotometre yöntemine göre yapılmıştır.. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre yemlerin standartlara uygunluğu t testi ile, fabrikalar ve aylar arasındaki fark ise şansa bağlı tam bloklar deneme planına göre varyans analizi yapılarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda özellikle ham yağ, kalsiyum ve fosfor değerlerinin standartlara uygun olmadığı ve fabrika ve aylar arası farkın ise önemli olduğu görülmüştür.

The nutrient contents of some manufactured feeds produced by four feed factories in Erzurum were determined by chemical analyses. In this study, approximately 0.5- 1 kg of feed samples were randamly taken from four factories for the duration of 12 months (April 1997- March 1998). Crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, crude ash and dry matter of feed were determined by Weende method. Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used for the determination of the calcium content of feed samples. The level of phohporus in crude ash was analyed by Vanodomolibdat yellow color method in spectrophotometer. The variance of analysis and the `t` test were used to compare the results obtanied from factories and the differences between the products produced in 12 months considering the nutrient levels in the feed standards. İn condision some nutrient contents of the manufactured feeds such as the values of crude fat, calcium and phosporus were significantly lower than those of the feed standards.
