İzole perfüze tavşan böbreğinde periarteriyel stimülasyona bağlı noradrenalin salımına PGE2 ve İndometasin`in etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

1-PGB2 ve indometasin'in, periarteriyel stimülasyon- la oluşun HA salınımına etkileri izole perfüze tavşan böbreğinde araştırıldı. 2-Perfüzyon basıncında meydana gelen değişiklikler parametre olarak dikkate alındı. 3-Perfüzyon ortamına 10 ng/ml konsantrasyonda ilave edilen PGE2# stimülasyona bağlı oluşan cevapları inhibe ederken, perfüzyon basıncını da düşürdü. -6 4-Perfüzyon ortamına 10~ M konsantrasyonda ilave edilen indometasin ise stimülasyona bağlı oluşan cevapları potansiyalize etti ve perfüzyon basıncını artırdı. 5-Bu sonuçlarla, PGEg'nin periarteriyel stimülasyonla oluşan NA salınımını inhibe ettiği ve perfüzyon basıncını düşürdüğü, 8te yandan siklooksijenaz enzim inhibit örü olan indometasin' in ise PG sentezini inhibe ederek perfüzyon basıncını artırdığı gözlendi.

SUMMARY 1-The effects of PGE2 and indomethacin on releasing of NA evoked by periarterial stimulation in the isolated per fused rabbit kidney was investigated. 2-Changes in perfusion pressure was accepted as parameter, 3-PGE2,was added into the perfusion solution with 10 ng/ml concentration, inhibited the response to stimulation and also decreased the perfusion pressure. 4-Indomethacin,was added in to the perfusion solut i- -6 on with 10 M concentration potentialised the responses to the stimulation and increased the perfusion pressure. 5-With these results, it was observed that PGEpinhi- bits the relase of HA evoked by electrical stimulation and decreases the perfusion pressure, and on the other hand indo methacin which is inhibitor of cyclooxygenase enzyme, increa ses the perfusion pressure by inhibiting PG synthesis.
