Ar-Ge`ye dayalı içsel büyüme modelinin Türkiye örneği

Abstract

Ekonomik büyüme, reel hasıladaki artışları temsil etmektedir ve bir ülkedeki refah düzeyi ile yakından ilgilidir. Bu sebeple, ekonomik büyümeye iktisat biliminde artan bir ilgi vardır. Ekonomik büyüme modelleri, ekonomik büyüme sürecini anlama amacındadırlar. Neo-klasik ekonomik büyüme modelinden itibaren, teknoloji, ekonomik büyümenin kaynaklarından birisi olmuştur. Son birkaç on yılda ortaya çıkan içsel büyüme modellerine göre Teknoloji, bilinçli faaliyetler sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Türkiye'de kişi başına düşen milli gelir son yıllarda 10.000 dolar civarında dalgalanmaktadır ve rakamlar ciddi bir artış eğilimi göstermemektedir. Bu noktada ekonomik büyüme modellerinin, geniş bir perspektiften ele alınarak anlaşılması önemlidir. Böylece, Türkiye ekonomisinin tecrübe etmekte olduğu bu problemin çözümü için bir yol bulunabilir.Çalışmada literatür tarama, veri toplama ve içerik çözümleme yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Economic growth represents the increase in real GDP and it is closely related to the level of welfare in a country. Therefore, there is an increasing interest in economic growth.Economic growth models are required to understand the process of economic growth. Technology has been one of the sources of economic growth since the neo-classical model of economic growth. According to Endogenous Growth Model, that apperars in last decades, technology is the result of conscious activities.In recent years, national income per capita in Turkey has fluctuated around $ 10,000 and the figures do not show a significant increase trend. At this point, it is important to understand economic growth models, with a wide perspective. Thus, a way can be found to solve the problem that Turkey is experiencing.Literature scanning, data collection and content analysis methods were used in this study.
