5 numaralı Antalya Şer`iyye Sicili`nin transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirilmesi (H. 1247-1251/M. 1832-1835)

Abstract

Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı Devleti tarihinin incelenmesinde en önemli ve birinci elden kaynaklardır. Siciller, yazıldığı dönemin idarî, sosyal ve kültürel yapısı hakkında araştırmacılara önemli bilgiler ihtiva eder. Siciller, ait oldukları yerleşim yerlerinin idarî yapısı, ekonomisi, sosyal yapısı ve kültürel durumuna dair zengin materyaller içerir. Bu yönüyle Osmanlı tarihini aydınlatan en önemli kaynak eserlerdendir.Tez konumuz 5 Numaralı Antalya Şer'iyye Sicili'dir. İncelediğimiz sicil, H.1247-1251/M. 1832-1835 yıllarını kapsamaktadır. Tez, giriş bölümünde şer'iyye sicilleri hakkında genişçe bir tafsilâttan sonra dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Antalya şer'iyye sicilleri hakkında bilgi verilerek, 5 numaralı sicilin özellikleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölüm 5 numaralı şer'iyye siciline göre Teke Sancağı'nın idarî taksimatı ve teşkilatı hakkındadır. Üçüncü bölümde, 5 numaralı şer'iyye siciline göre Antalya'nın sosya-ekonomik durumu hakkında değerlendirme yer almaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde ise, 5 Numaralı Antalya Şer'iyye Sicili belgelerinin fihristi ve transkribe metni yer almaktadır. Bu tezde H.1247-1251/M. 1832-1835 yılları arasında tutulan 5 Numaralı Antalya Şer'iyye Sicili ışığında Antalya'nın idarî, adlî, askerî ve sosyo-ekonomik durumu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.İncelediğimiz dönem, Osmanlı tarihinde büyük değişimlerin yaşandığı II. Mahmut dönemini kısmen ihtiva etmektedir. Tezimize konu olan belgelerde, II. Mahmut döneminde ortaya konan idarî, adlî, askerî, ekonomik ve sosyal değişimlerin Antalya'ya yansıdığı görülmektedir.

Court records are the most important and at the first-hand sources of analysing the history of Ottoman Empire. Records contain important information for researchers about the administrative, social, and cultural structure of the era that these records were written. Records contain abundant materials about the administrative structure, economy, social structure and cultural situation of the place that they belong to. Thanks to this aspect of the records, they are among the most important source texts which enlighten the history of Ottoman. The subject of our thesis is Number 5th Antalya Court Record. The record that we analysed covers the years H. 1247-1251/M. 1832-1835. The thesis consists of four parts after an introduction part which includes broad details about court records. In the first part, the information about Antalya Court Records is given and the features of Number 5th Antalya Court Record are explained. The second part is about the administrative division and organisation of Teke District according to Number 5th Court Record. In the third part, there is an evaluation about the socio-economic condition of Antalya according to Number 5th Court Record. In the fourth part, there are the index and transcription of Number 5th Antalya Court Record. This thesis tries to reveal the administrative, judicial, military and socio-economic conditions of Antalya in the light of the Number 5th Antalya Court Record written between the years H. 1247-1251/M. 1832-1835. The era that we analysed partly contains Mahmut II's era during which big changes happened in the history of Ottoman. In the documents that were the subject of our thesis, it is revealed that the changes in administrative, judicial, military, economic, and social areas reflected on Antalya.
