Abstract

Fonksiyonel bir aydınlatmadır, gecede insanları dış. mekanlara korkusuzca ve güvenle davet eden, fonksiyonel olduğu kadar estetiktir, aydınlatma elemanını plastik bir eleman kılan ve kent möblesi sayan. Bu tezle, çevre donatı elemanları içerisinde en büyük öneme sahip, teknikle estetiğin en güzel bütünleş tiği dış mekân aydınlatma elemanları ele alınmıştır. Park lar, bahçeler, yaya yolları, alışveriş merkezleri ve plas tik objeler için yaratılan aydınlatma çözümleri sunulmuş ve dış mekân aydınlatma felsefesi renkli resimler ile vurgulanmıştır, ülkemizde, özellikle başkent Ankara'dayer alan aydınlatma çözümlerine ait olumlu ve olumsuz ör nekler yine renkli fotoğrafları ile yorumlanmış, ayrıca okuyucu ve kullanımcıya dış mekân aydınlatması konusunda yapacağı tüm araştırma ve çalışmalarda gerekli olacağını zannettiğim terimler sözlüğü tezde ek olarak sunulmuştur. The darkness of the night is not a natural fortune of mankind any more. j It is a functional lighting which invites the human being to the outdoors during the night without feeling any fear but having confidence. It is the functional and aesthetical characteristic which makes the lighting unit to a plastic element and urban furniture. In this study the lighting elements of outdoors, which have the greatest importance among the environmental equipping elements and in which the technic and easthetic integrated to each other in the best way, has been evalu ated.VI For lighting solutions created for public gardens, pedestrian areas, gardens, shopping centers and plastic objects has been presented and the philosophy of outdoors lighting has been expressed by the coloured pictures. The positive and negative samples of lighting solutiens which are placed in our country but specially in the capital Ankara has also been explained by coloured pictures. Besides that a dictionary of terminology which will surely help to readers or users in preparing rese arches or studies in the subject of lighting of outdoors has been given in the appendix.
