dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Y.Lisans Tezi ERZURUM İLİNDEKİ BAZI TİCARİ GÖKKUŞAĞI ALABALIĞI (Oncorhynchus mykiss) ÇİFTLİKLERİNİN YETİŞTİRİCİLİK SUYU, YEM VE BALIKLARININ MİKROBİYOLOJİK İNCELENMESİ Ayşegül Çarbaş Atatürk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Su Ürünleri Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Doç. Dr. Telat Yanık Araştırmada Erzurum ilinde gökkuşağı alabalığı {Oncorhynchus mykiss) yetiştiren 6 farklı ticari işletmeden 3 ay süresince (Nisan, Mayıs, Haziran) alman toplam 54 adet numune (yetiştiricilik suyu, yem ve balık) mikrobiyolojik yönden incelenmiştir. Total aerobik mezofılik bakteri sayılan su, deri ve yem numunelerinde sırasıyla İO'-IO4 kob/ml, 102-105 kob/g ve 103-108 kob/g olarak tespit edilmiştir. Psikrotrofık bakteri sayılan su, deri ve yem örneklerinde sırasıyla 103-104 kob/ml, 102- 105 kob/g, 1 02- 1 07 kob/g olarak saptanmıştır. Enterobacteriaceae ve Pseudomonas sayılan su, yem ve deri örneklerinde <10-10 kob/ml ve İO'-IO4 kob/ml; <100-104 < 100-1 04 kob/g olarak tespit edilmiştir. kob/ml ve İO'-IO4 kob/ml; <100-104 kob/g ve <100-108 kob/g; <100-103 kob/g ve Koliform grubu bakteri ve Escherichia coli sayılan su, yem ve deri örneklerinde sırasıyla <0,03->ll,0 MPN/ml ve <0,03-2,40 MPN/ml; <0,30->110 MPN/g ve <0,30- >1 10 MPN/g; <0,30->l 10 MPN/g ve <0,30-24,0 MPN/g olarak bulunmuştur. Laktik asit bakteri ve Enterococcus sayılan su, yem ve deri örneklerinde sırasıyla <10- 103 kob/ml ve <10-102 kob/ml; <100-108 kob/g ve <100-104 kob/g; <100-103 kob/g ve <100 kob/g olarak belirlenmiştir. Thesis MICROBIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION OF REARING WATERS, FEEDS AND FISH OF SOME COMMERCIAL RAINBOW TROUT (Oncorhynchus mykiss) FARMS IN ERZURUM PROVINCE Ayşegül ÇARBAŞ Atatürk University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Fisheries Supervisor : Doç. Dr. Telat YANIK A total of 54 samples (rearing water, feed, fish) collected in three months (April, May, June) sampled from 6 different commercial rainbow trout farms in Erzurum province were investigated microbiologically. Total aerobic mesofilic bacteri count of the water, fish skin and feed samples were determined as İO'-IO4 kob/ml, 102-105 kob/g and 103-108 kob/g respectively. Psychrotrophic bacteri count of the water, fish skin and feed samples were determined as 103-104 kob/ml, 102-105 kob/g and 102-107 kob/g respectively. Enterobacteriaceae ve Pseudomonas bacteria count of the water, feed and fish skin samples were found as <10-103 kob/ml and İO'-IO4 kob/ml; <100-104 kob/g and <100- 108 kob/g; <100-103 kob/g and <100-104 kob/g respectively.
