Sonbahar beslemesinde polen yerine kullanılan maddelerin arı kolonilerinin üreme ve kışlama özellikleri üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bal arısı (Apis Mellifera L.) kolonilerini, İç Anadolu Bölgesi koşullarında sonbaharda polen ikame yemleri ile beslemenin koloni gelişmesi üzerine olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Dört gruptan oluşan denemede; 2 grup soya unu, süt tozu ve pudra şekerinin değişik oranlarda kanştınlmasıyla hazırlanan 2 rasyonla, 1 grup da genellikle uygulanan şeker şurubu ile beslenmiştir. Hiçbir besleme yapılmaksızın bir de kontrol grubu oluşturulmuştur. Besleme yapılan koloniler ile kontrol grubu kolonileri arasında besleme süresince arılı çerçeve sayısı bakımından istatistik olarak önemli bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. Besleme döneminde yavrulu çerçeve sayısı bakımından grup (muamele) x periyot interaksiyonu önemli çıkmıştır (P <0.01) Şurupla beslenen koloniler ilk ölçüm periyodu hariç diğer iki periyotta, kontrol ve polen ikame yemleri ile beslenen kolonilerin yavrulu çerçeve sayılan ortalamalanndan yüksek çıkmış ve bu fark önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.01) Bahar çıkışlarında ise gruplar arasındaki anlı ve yavrulu çerçeve sayılan ortalamaları arasındaki fark önemsizdir. Araştırma süresince şurupla beslenen kolonilerin, kontrol ve polen ikame yemleri ile beslenen kolonilere oranla daha fazla polen topladıkları gözlenmiştir. Polen ikame yemleri ile beslenen koloniler en az polen toplamış olup, petek gözlerine polen yerine bu katkı yemlerini depolamışlardır. ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Bal ansı (A. In this study, the effects of different feeding methods on reproduction in honeybee colonies (Apis Mellifera L.) under the conditions of Central Anatolia region in fall season were investigated. Four experimental groups of colonies were compared. Two groups were fed with two different rations of the mix of soya flour, milk powder and sugar powder. One group was given conventional sugar syrup only. A control group was also formed without any feeding. No statistically substantial difference between feeder colonies and control group was observed during the feeding period in terms of the number of frames covered with bees. The interaction between feeding groups and periods with respect to the number of brood frames was significant (P The number of brood frames were found to be higher than the average in the second and third feeding periods in colonies fed with sugar syrup when compared with the control group and groups fed with substitutes (P >0.05). During this research, it was observed that colonies fed with syrup collected and stored more polen than the control and groups fed with substitutes. The colonies fed with substitutes collected the least amount of polen among the groups and they stored the substitutes in comb cells instead of polen. KEY WORDS: Honey bee (A.
