dc.description.abstractÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi P-DİKARBONİL BİLEŞİKLERİNİN MANGAN(III) ASETAT ARACIĞIYLA cc,P-DOYMAMIŞ AMİTLERE KATILMA REAKSİYONU Bedriye UÇAN Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof. Dr. A. Tank PEKEL Bu tez, elektrokimyasal yöntemle sentezlenen mangan(III) asetat aracılığıyla P- dikarbonil bileşiklerinin a,P-doymamış amitlere katılması ile karbamoil dihidrofuran bileşiklerinin elde edilmesi temeline dayanmaktadır. Bu amaçla P-dikarbonil bileşikleri olarak etil asetoasetat, asetilaseton, 1,3- siklohekzandion, 5,5-dimetil-l,3-siklohekzandion (dimedon), 5-fenil-l,3- siklohekzandion, a,p-doymamış amit olarak N-fenilmetakrilamit, N-akriloilmorfolin, 3- fenilakrilamit, 3-tien-2ilaklamit, 2-furilakrilamit ve 3-fenil metakrilamit kullanılmıştır. Reaksiyonlarda 12 yeni karbamoil-4,5-dihidrofuranlar elde edilmiştir. Deneyler azot atmosferinde 50-70 °C'de yapıldı. Ürünler kolon ve preperatif ince tabaka kromotogrofileri kullanılarak saflaştırılmıştır. dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Master Thesis OXIDATIVE ADDITION OF P-DICARBONYL COMPOUNDS TO a,p- UNSATURATED AMIDES BY MANGANESE (III) ACETATE Bedriye UÇAN Ankara University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Science Department of Chemistry Supervisor : Prof. Dr. A. Tank PEKEL This study is based on getting carbamoyl dihydrofuran compounds with oxidative addition of P-dicarbonyl compounds to ct,P-unsaturated amides mediated by manganese(III) acetate, which was synthesised by the electrochemical method. For this purpose, ethylacetoacetate, acetylacetone, 1,3-cyclohexadion, 5,5-dimethyl-l,3- cyclohexadion, 5-pheny- 1,3-cyclohexadion as p-dicarbonyl compounds and N- phenylmetacrylamide, N-acryloylmorpholin, 3-phenylacrylamide, 3-thien-2-yl- carboxiamide, 3-furyl-2-yl-carboxiamide and 3-phenyl metacrylamide as a,P- unsaturated amides were studied. In the reactions 12 new carbamoyldihydrofurans were obtained. The experiments were conducted under nitrogen atmosphere at 50-70 °C. All products were purified by using column and preparative thin layer chromatography.
