Tarık PEKELBu araştırma, 1,3-dikarbonil bileşiklerinin mangan(III) asetat ortamında heteroaromatiksübstitüe alkenlere katılması ile 2-tiyenil sübstitüe dihidrofuran ve benzofuranbileşiklerinin sentezine dayanmaktadır.Bu amaçla, asetilaseton, etil asetoasetat, dimedon, 5-fenil-1,3-siklohekzandion, 1,3-siklohekzandion, benzoil aseton 1,3-dikarbonil bileşikleri olarak; 2-siklohekzen-1-iltiyofen, 2-siklopenten-1-iltiyofen, 2-[1-(4-metilfenil)vinil]tiyofen, 2-(1-fenilvinil)tiyofen, 2-[1-(4-fluorfenil)vinil]tiyofen heteroaromatik sübstitüe konjugealken olarak kullanılmıştır. Halkalaşma reaksiyonları sonucunda benzofuran ve furanbileşikleri sentezlenmiştir.Deneyler 60-80ËC sıcaklıkta, azot atmosferi altında gerçekleştirildi. Ürünler kolon vepreparatif ince tabaka kromatografi yöntemi kullanılarak saflaştırıldı. Tarık PEKELThis study is based on synthesis of 2-tienyl dihydrofuran and benzofuran compoundswith the addition of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds to heteroaromatic substituted alkenesmediated manganese(III) acetate.For this purpose, acetylacetone, ethyl acetoacetate, dimedone, 5-phenyl-1,3-cyclohexanedion, 1,3-cyclohexanedion, benzoylacetone were used as 1,3-dicarbonylcompounds and 2-cyclohexen-1-ylthiophene, 2-cyclopenten-1-ylthiophene, 2-[1-(4-metylphenyl)vinyl]thiophene, 2-(1-phenylvinyl)thiophene, 2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)vinyl]thiophene were used as heteroaromatic substituted alkenes. 2-Thienyl 4,5-dihydrofuran and benzofuran compounds were synthesised.The experiments were conducted under nitrogen atmosphere at 60-80 ºC . All productswere purified by using column and preparative thin layer chromatography.
