Sıcaklığın, kalınlığın ve katkılandırmanın filmlerinbu özellikleri üzerindeki etkileri araştırıldı. Filmlerin optiksel özellikleri UV-VISspektrumları çekilerek, yapısal özellikleri AFM, XRD ve FTIR spektrumları çekilerekincelendi.
