dc.description.abstractGüçlü bir sitotoksik bileşik olan 3-izopropilnaftelen?1,2-dion, 3-hidroksi?2-naftoik asitten başlanarak 4 adımda ve toplam %59 verimle sentezlendi. 2-izopropil?3-metoksifenantren (7,8-demetilmultikaulin)'in sentezi Pschorr fenantren sentezine dayandırıldı. Bunun için ilk olarak 2-izopropilfenol, 7 adımda 3-izopropil?4-metoksi-benzilfosfonyum bromüre çevrildi. Bu fosfonyum tuzunun 2-nitrobenzaldehit ile Wittig kondenzasyonunu takiben Pd-C katalizörliğinde indirgendikten sonra diazolama ve dehidrojenlenmesi ile toplam %4 verimle 2-izopropil?3-metoksifenantren, bir yan ürün olarak 2-izopropenil?3-metoksifenantren ile birlikte elde edildi. Diarilheptanoid sınıfından bir doğal ürün olan (4E,6E)-1,7-bis(3,4-dihidroksifenil)-hepta?4,6-dien?3-on'un ilk sentezi Claisen?Schmidt kondenzasyonuna dayandırıldırılarak 9 kademede ve %13 toplam verimle gerçekleştirildi.
dc.description.abstract3-Isopropylnaphthalene?1,2-dione, a potent cytotoxic compound, was synthesized starting from 3-hydroxy?2-naphthoic acid in 4 steps with 59% overall yield. The synthesis of 2-isopropyl?3-methoxyphenanthrene (7,8-demetylmulticaulin) was based on Pschorr phenanthrene synthesis. For this, at first 2-isopropylphenol was converted to 3-isopropyl?4-methoxy-benzylphosphonium bromide in 7 steps. Wittig condensation of this phosphonium salt with 2-nitrobenzaldehyde followed by Pd-C catalysed hydrogenation, diazotization, and dehydrogenation gave 2-isopropyl?3-methoxyphenanthrene (4% overall yield) with 2-isopropenyl?3-methoxyphenanthrene, a side product. The first total synthesis of (4E,6E)-1,7-bis(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-hepta?4,6-dien?3-one, a natural diarylheptanoid, mainly was based on Claisen?Schmidt condensation in 9 steps and 13% overall yield.en_US
