dc.description.abstractTurizm gelirleri Türkiye ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çal mada sözkonusu gelirlerin art r labilmesi için planlamalara k tutabilecek ve yat r mlaryönlendirebilecek bir talep modellemesi yap lmaya çal lm t r. Bu çal ma ileturizm talebini üzerinde etkili oldu u dü ünülen de i kenler ele al nm t r. Buamaçla yabanc ülkelerden Türkiye'ye yönelen turizmtalebi üzerinde etkili olan ilgiliülkelerin ki i ba milli gelirleri ve ilgili ülkelerde yap lan tan t mlar incelenmeyeçal lm t r. Söz konusu tan t m verilerini bulmak mümkün olmad için bu veriyisimgeleyebilecek alternatif yollar modele dahil edilmeye çal lm t r. Çal madaTürkiye'ye yönelen turizm talebinin büyük bir k sm n aç klayan ve Türkiye turizmiüzerine en etkili olan ilk yirmi ülke ele al nm t r. Çal mada ayr ca son zamanlardaönemi artan panel veri analizi yakla m mevcut yöntemlere bir alternatif olarakkullan lm t r.
dc.description.abstractTourism have an important contribution on Turkey?s incomes. In this paper there is aneffort to achieve modeling the abovementioned demand which will advise on actionplans and direct the investments about the subject for the aim of adding to tourismincomes. In this paper the variables, considered effective on tourismdemand were takenup. Accordingly, it is tried to investigate for countries the gross domestic product for percapita as U.S. Dollars in current prices and advertisings in the relevant countries whichwas considered an important factor for tourism demand. It is tried to find alternativemethods to represent the variables about advertising that is not able to be find. In thispaper the first twenty countries which are the most effective and that explains the mostpart of tourism demand along the investigated period. In addition panel data regressionanalysis approach that has acquired popularity in last years, was applied in this paperen_US
