Muş ilinden yakalanan Testudo graeca linnaeus, 1758`da bulunan endohelmintler

Abstract

Mayıs 2010 ile Mayıs 2011 tarihleri arasında yapılan bu çalışmada Muş İli'nde yakalanan Testudo graeca (adi tosbağa) türüne ait 10 adet kaplumbağa parazitolojik yönden incelenmiş ve bunların hepsinin parazitlerce enfekte olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen kaplumbağalarda 277 680 adet Atractis sp.; 12 165 adet Tachygonetria sp.; 68 755 adet Mehdiella sp.; 1 940 adet Thaparia sp.; 141 046 adet Strongyluris sp.; 12 adet Ophidascaris sp.; 38 964 adet Thelandros sp. ve 27 150 adet Spinicauda sp. (Nematoda, Nemathelminthes) tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu cinslerden Ophidascaris sp. dışındaki diğer cinslerin hepsinin yaygınlığı %100 olup, bu cinslerin hepsi Türkiye için yeni kayıttır.

In this study which has been done between May 2010 and May 2011, 10 turtles, Testudo graeca have been parasitologically examined. At the end of the study, 277 680 Atractis sp.; 12 165 Tachygonetria sp.; 68 755 Mehdiella sp.; 1 940 Thaparia sp.; 141 046 Strongyluris sp.; 12 Ophidascaris sp.; 38 964 Thelandros sp. and 27 150 Spinicauda sp. (Nematoda, Nemathelminthes) were recorded. In this study the prevelance of all genera except Ophidascaris sp were found 100% infected . and all genera were first time recorded in Turkey.
