Kılıçkaya Barajı`nın Sivas`taki meteorolojik etmenler ve hava kirliliği üzerine etkilerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Kılıçkaya barajının Sivas'taki meteorolojik etmen ler ve hava kirliliği üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla Sivas Me teoroloji Müdürlüğündeki kayıtlardan yedi yıllık (1986-1992) ısı, nem, rüzgar ve yağış değerleri, Sivas Halk Sağlığı Laboratuvarmdaki kayıtlar dan altı yıllık (1987-1992) duman ve kükürtdioksit değerler alınmıştır. Verilen değerlendirilmesinde 1986, 1987, 1988 yılları baraj yapım öncesi, 1989 baraj bitim yılı, 1990, 1991, 1992 yıllarında baraj yapım son rası olarak alınmıştır. Sonuçta ısı, rüzgar ve yağış değerlerinde baraj yapımından sonra farklılık bulunmuştur. Fakat bu farklılık baraja bağlı değildir. İklim ve hava kütlelerinin etkisine bağlıdır. Nem değerlerinde ise baraj yapımın dan sonra farlılık bulunmamıştır. Duman ve kükürtdioksit değerlerinde de baraj yapımından sonra farklılık bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçta baraja bağlı değildir. Gerekli önlemler alınmadığı için, kalitesiz yakıt kullanmaktan, bacalara filitre takmamak- tan ve yanlış yakma tekniklerinden kaynaklanmıştır. Çalışmamızda ayirca duman ve kükürtdioksit değerleri ile ısı, nem ve rüzgar arasındaki bağıntılarda araştırılmıştır.

This investigation is demosrated the action of meteorology and the polution which is caused by KILIÇKAYA dam in SÎVAS. For that reason, the values of heat, damp, wind and precipitation for last seven years are gotten from values of smoke and carbondioxide for last six years are gotten from the labratory of people healtly. While the estimation of this values the date of 1986-1988 is suppo sed before the building of the dam. The date of 1989 is supposed the an- ding of dam. The date of 1990-1992 is supposed afther the building. And the resulty the difference has been perceived before the buil ding of dam and after. But this difference doesn't depend on dam. This difference depend on humidity and the action of the air blocks. The values of damp doesn't change after the building of dam. The values of the smoke and the carbondioxide also have been changed. Bud changing of- these values doesn't depend on this dam. If the Sivas people were used the quality fuel and filter their house flue and we ren't used incorrect ignation technique in StVAS the polution wasn't oc- cured. This investigation is also demostrated relation ship between the values of smoke sulfiirdioxide ande the values of hest damp, wind.
