dc.description.abstractDopaminin ve mono amin oksidaz enziminin inhibitörü olan rivastigmin'in önemli biyolojik aktivitelerinden dolayı, bu tez kapsamında dopamin ve rivastigmin analoğu bazı maddelerin öncüleri olan 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 ve Rivastigmin analoğu olan 1-(2,4-dimetoksifenil)-3-(4-metoksifenil)propan-1-amin hidroklorit (45)'in sentezi gerçekleştirildi.
dc.description.abstractBecause of the important biological activities of dopamine and cholinesterase enzyme inhibitor rivastigmine, in the present thesis, the synthesis of some key compounds for the preparation of dopamine and rivastigmine analogues 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and a novel analogue of rivastigmine 1-(2,4-dimethoxphenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-amine hydrochloride (45) were carried out.en_US
