82 SUMMARY This study was performed at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine Department of Orthopedics and Travmatology in order to compare the results of the patients that were treated arthroscopic /Af-*- reconstructions using autogenous BPTB (15 patients, mean age 23), allogenous BPTB (20 patients, mean age 25) and autogenous four-strand ST tendons (25 patiens, mean age 26) for chronic ^c-L-rüptür between the September of 1998 and March of 2001. The results were evaluated according to the Lysholm scores and the International Knee Documentation Commitee scale (IKDC). Mean follow-ups were 26 months, 27 months and 28 months in autograft BPTB, allograft BPTB and autograft ST, respectively. Complications encountered in the outograft BPTB group included minimal soft tissue infection (one patient). One of the patients', in the allogenous BPTB group, graft was broken during the operation. In the same group, there was rerupture iri one patient that was noticed in the control period. One of the patients', in the autogenous ST group, graft was fallen down during the operation. There was again rerupture in one patient and it was again noticed in the control period. Excellent or good results according to the Lysholm scores were achieved in 14 patients (93.3%), 18 patients (90) and 20 patients (80%) in autograft BPTB, allograft BPTB and autograft ST, respectively. Similarly, exellent or good result according to the IKDC scala accounted for 14 patients (93.3%) with outograft BPTB, 18 patient (90%) with allograft BPTB and 2283 patients (88%) with autograft ST. No significant differences were found between the three groups (p>0.05).
