Kırsal alanlarda ekolojik temelli görsel peyzaj karakter analizi; Bayburt örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Bayburt'un sahip olduğu doğal ve kültürel değerlerinin korunması ve rasyonel kullanılması amacıyla, ilin ekolojik duyarlılık zonları tespit edilmiş, kırsal peyzaj karakter tipleri ortaya konularak, kırsal peyzaj tanımlaması ve sınıflandırılması yapılmış, örnek kırsal yerleşimler (Bayburt ilinde yer alan 10 köy) üzerinden bileşenler, tehditler ve kaynak değerleri değerlendirilmiştir.Ekolojik Duyarlılık analizi yapılarak Toplam Ekolojik Duyarlılık Haritaları (TEDH) ortaya konmuştur. Araştırma alanının, %7,70'inin (29.163 ha) ekolojik açıdan düşük duyarlı, %79,05'inin (299.264 ha) ekolojik açıdan orta duyarlı, %13,20'sinin (49.935 ha)'nin ekolojik açıdan yüksek duyarlı, %0,05'inin (193 ha) ekolojik açıdan çok yüksek duyarlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu veriler ışığında; Bayburt ilinin büyük bölümünün ekolojik açıdan orta seviyede duyarlı olduğu saptanmıştır.Kent halkının sosyo-kültürel yapısını, talep ve eğilimlerini ortaya koymak amacıyla sosyolojik sörveyler yapılarak, halkın bu konudaki görüş ve düşünceleri elde edilmiştir. Görsel peyzaj kalite analizi uygulanarak, çalışma alanında yer alan farklı karakterdeki alanlar için görsel değerlendirme elde edilmiştir. Peyzaj üniteleri bütününde; en yüksek puan alan peyzaj ünitesi Bitki Örtüsü, ikincisi ise Yol Peyzajı, üçüncüsü ise Tarımsal Peyzaj olmuştur. In this study, in order to protect and handle the natural and cultural values of Bayburt rationally, the ecological sensitivity zones are identified, the identification and classification of rural landscape is done by stating the character types of rural landscape, the components, menaces and resource values are evaluated according to the sample rural settlements (10 villages in the province of Bayburt).The Whole Ecologic Sensitivity Maps are stated by analyzing the analysis of ecological sensitivity. It is identified in terms of ecology that the 7,70% of the area (29.163 ha) has low sensitivity, the 79,05% of the area (299.264 ha) has medium sensitivity, the 13,20% of the area (49.935 ha) has high sensitivity, the 0,05% of the area (193 ha) has extremely high sensitivity. These data indicate that, the most parts of Bayburt have medium sensitivity in terms of ecology.With the purpose of stating the tendencies, demands and socio-cultural structure of the people in the city, the sociological surveys are done and by this way the opinions and thoughts of the people on this subject are obtained. The socio-cultural surveys are done to state tendencies, demands and the socio-cultural structure of the dwellers of this rural area. The visual evaluation is derived for the different characteristic areas in the study area by applying the visual landscape quality analysis. As the landscape units, the Plant Cover has the highest point, the Road Landscape is the second and the Agricultural Landscape is the third of all landscape units.
