dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada analjezik ve anti-inflamatuvar etki göstermesi beklenen 2,6-disübstitüe-4,5,6,7-tetrahidro-1,2,4-triazolo[3,2-b]-1,3,5-tiyadiazin yapısına sahip yeni heterosiklik bileşiklerin sentezleri yapılmıştır. Söz konusu bileşikler 3-sübstitüe-1,2,4-triazol-5-tiyonların, benzil amin, bütil amin, 1-fenetil amin ve 2-fenetil amin gibi primer aminlerle Mannich reaksiyon uygulaması sonucu elde edilmiştir.Elde edilen bileşiklerin fiziksel özellikleri, ince tabaka kromatografisindeki Rf değerleri ve UV absorbsiyon özellikleri saptanmış, yapıları IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, kütle spektroskopisi ve eleman analizi verileriyle aydınlatılmıştır.Sentezi yapılan bileşiklerin anti-inflamatuvar ve analjezik etkileri ?farelerde karagenin ile indüklenen arka pençe ödemi?, ?hot-plate? ve ?tail flick? testleri ile taranmıştır. Ayrıca, bileşiklerin akut uygulamada ülser oluşturma riskleri mikroskobik olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, novel heterocyclic compounds having 2,6-disubstituted-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[3,2-b]-1,3,5-thiadiazine structure which are expected to show analgesic/anti-inflammatory activity were synthesized. These compounds were synthesized by the Mannich reaction of 3-substituted-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones with primary amines such as benzyl amine, butyl amine, 1-phenethylamine and 2-phenethylamine.The physical properties, Rf values of thin layer chromatography, and UV absorption properties of the synthesized compounds were determined, and also their structures confirmed by using spectral methods (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, mass spectroscopy) and elemental analysis.Synthesized compounds were screened for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity by ?carrageenan-induced hind paw edema?, ?hot plate? and ?tail flick? tests in mice. In addition, gastric toxicity on acute administration of the compounds were tested.en_US
