dc.description.abstractİki doğal ürün, (E)-1,7-bis (4-hidroksifenil) hept-4-en-3-on (23) ve (E)-7-(4-hidroksi-3-metoksifenil)-1-fenilhept-4-en-3-on (29) ve bir sentetik diarilheptanoid, (E)-7-(4-metoksifenil)-1-fenilhept-4-en-3-on (114) sentezlendi. Bu amaçla, Wittig reaksiyonu ile 1-brom-4-aril-2-bütanonlardan hazırlanan ilgili fosforanlar, 3-arilpropanallarla kondanze edildi. Diarilheptanoidler 23, 29 ve 114, özellikle BT-20 hücre hatlarına karşı güçlü sitotoksik aktivite gösterdiler. Bu çalışmanın ikinci kısmında L-serinden çıkılarak 6 adımda β-[13C]-siyanoalaninin sentezi gerçekleştirildi.
dc.description.abstractTwo natural products (E)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)hept-4-en-3-one (23) and (E)-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenylhept-4-en-3-one (29) and a synthetic diarylheptanoid, (E)-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenylhept-4-en-3-one (114) were sythesized. For this purpose the corresponding phosphoranes prepared from 1-bromo-4-aryl-2-butanones were condensed with 3-arylpropanals via Wittig reaction. The diarylheptanoids 23, 29 and 114 showed potent cytotoxic activities especially against BT-20 cell lines. As a second part of this study β-[13C]-cyano-L-alanine was synthesized from L-serine in 6 steps.en_US
