Dağıstan özerk cumhuriyeti

Abstract

ÖZET Bu araştırmada, ilk bölümde, Dağıstan'ın Coğrafî ve etnik konumu ele alınmıştır. Dağıstan'ın coğrafi konumu incelenirken, ülkenin insanlarının fiziki yapısının, coğrafi şartlarla doğru orantılı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde Dağıstan'ın etnik yapısı ve burada yaşayan milletlerin kültürleri incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde Dağıstan'ın tarihi araştırılmış ve Dağıstan'ın tarih içerisinde geçirdiği evreler kronolojik sırayla ortaya konmuştur. Özellikle; Rusların Dağıstan'ı işgali ile ortaya çıkan ve `İmamlar Hareketi` diye bilinen oluşumun, Dağıstan'ın tarihinde çok önemli bir yer tuttuğu ve bu hareketin devamı olan `Müridizm`'in günümüzde de (özellikle Çeçen-Rus savaşında) potansiyel bir güç olarak ayakta durduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca Bolşevik Devrimi 'nden sonra ortaya çıkan bağımsızlık mücadeleleri ve bu esnada kurulan Kuzey Kafkasya Cumhuriyeti de, bu bölümde araştırılan konular arasındadır. Son bölümde ise; önce, sosyalist sistemin çöküşü ve Rusya Federasyonu'nun kuruluşu anlatılmıştır. Daha sonra, Dağıstan'ın siyasi yapısı incelenmiş ve bu yapı içerisinde son yıllarda ortaya çıkan bağımsızlık hareketleri araştırılmıştır. Bölümün sonunda, Dağıstan'da bugünkü durum, sosyo-politik, ekonomik, etnik ve dini problemler değerlendirilmiştir. IV

ABSTRACT In the first chapter of this research, geographic and ethnic situation of Dagestan was dealth with. While studying the geographic location of Dagestan, it was found out that the physical characteristic of country's people are directly proportional to the geographic conditions. Furthermore, Dagestan's ethnic structure and cultures of nations who have been living in this country were examined. In the second chapter, the history of Dagestan was researched and the phases of Dagestan's History were exposed with chronological order. Especially; it was observed that the formation (known as imams Action) which have been arose with the invasion of Dagestan by Russia takes an important place in the Dagestan's History. The same observation indicates that the `Muridism` which is duration of this action goes on survive (particularly Chechen-Russian war) as a potential power today. In addition, also the independence struggles, that have been come out after the Bolshevik Revolution and the Republic of North Causcas that was founded at that moment, were researched in this chapter. In the last chapter, first, the collapse of socialist system and foundation of Russia Federation was explained. After that, political structure of Dagestan was studied and independence movements which have been appeared last years among this structure were researched. At the end of the chapter, Dagestan's today, and problems related to socio-politic, economic, ethnic and religious were evaluated.
