Abstract

ÖZET Arsa ve arazi düzenlemesi ile yapılan imar planı uygulamalarında, kullanılmakta olan yöntemler yapılan çalışmaları olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir, özellikle büro çalışmalarında, uygulama süreci içerisinde büyük bir yer tutan, düzenleme problemlerinin çözümü, uygulamayı gecik tiren etkenlerden biridir. Bu problemlerin çözümü ve parselasyon ile ilgili bilgilerin sağlıklı bir şekilde elde edilmesi için, düzenleme çalışmalarının elektronik ölçme aletleri ve bilgisayarlar ile desteklenmesi gerekir. Bu çalışmada; düzenleme yoluyla yapılacak imar planı uygulamalarında, bilgisayarın kullanılabileceği aşamalar belirlenmiş ve bunlara ait bilgisayar programları hazırlanmıştır, özellikle parsellerin dağıtımına. kadar yapılan işlemlerin tümü ve dağıtımın da bir kısmının çözümü gerçekleştirilmiştir. Düzenleme ile yapılan uygulamalarda tam otomasyona geçiş, karmaşık bir yapıya sahip olan, dağıtım işleminin eksiksiz bir şekilde yerine getirilmesi, daha uzun süreli bir çalışmayı gerektirmektedir. Böyle bir düşüncenin gerçekleştirilmesi için geniş kapsamlı bir programın hazırlanması gerekir ki bu program da uygulamada karşılaşılan bütün problemlere çözüm getirecek nitelikte olmalıdır. *

Although the organization studies are seen as a renewal of cadastre, these studies should be accepted as a transition to a modern cadastre and operations to be done should be in a quality that will answer all the cartography needs, Ibr this reason it is necessary to set up the. models make use of the existing possibilities and search the ways to study with the optimum efficiency, As knew, today the most effective tool to solve the engineering problems in a fast and correct way is the computer, Together with com puters, the fast improvements in a measuring tools secure the measuring operations to be done fast inproportion to the old days. The methods, which are used for the application of zoning and construction plan carried out with land reallotanent, have been influ encing the activities in this field negatively. The solution of realr lotment problems, which is quite important in the course of application at office work, is one of the agenst which delays the application. VIIt is necessary to support the work of the reallotment by electronic measuring instruments and computer in order to obtain the right know ledge concerned with solution of problems and subdivision. The methods that are used in the application of zoning and const ruction plan, studies made by building land and land organization, are the most useful in the existing application forms.
