| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Bu çalışmada Rhododendron ponticuro, R.luteum, Consolida armeniaca, Primula megaseifolia, P. vulgaris subps. sibthorpii, ve P. vulgaris subsp. vulgaris 'in çiçeklerinde antron yöntemiyle toplam şeker, dinitrofenol yöntemiyle indirgen şeker ve sakkaroz miktarları tayin edilmiştir. En fazla toplam şeker R.ponticum'da ve en az toplam şeker ise C. armeniaca da bulunmuştur. İndirgen şeker yine en fazla R.ponticum çiçeklerinde, en az ise C. armeniaca çiçeklerinde bulunmuştur. Ayrıca toplam ve indirgen şeker farkından yararlanarak her bir bitki türü için sakkaroz miktarları belirlenmiştir. IV | |
| dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY In this study, the flowers of Rhododendron ponticum, R.luteum, Consolida armeniaca, Primula megaseifolia, P. vulgaris subsp. sibthorpii and P. vulgaris subsp. vulgaris were used to determine total and reduced sugars by using anthrone and dinithrophenol methods. According to the results, the highest amount of total sugar was found in R. ponticum flowers, and the least amount was found in C. armeniaca. As for the reduced sugar, R. ponticum is the highest and C. armeniaca is the least among them. In addition to these, sacchrose quantities belong each of the above species were found separately. | en_US |
