Abstract

SUMMARY Natural al i viol rivers can be considered as system, conveying water and sediment from the catchment aria to the oceans» Our country has a lot of rivers for this reason river- planning is very important» The aims for the river planning must be for getting benefits and protecting. The observations and the long time measurements which are done on the rivers and the knowledges about the rivers from upstream to downstream must be fully known» These knowledges are sediment transports properties of flue and etc» We must work on the plain before we start to work.the river planning» After that planning sections must be selected. This working has been prepared for equipment which will be used in river planning and for axplaining building elements. First of all, the general knowledges about the rivers which are needed for explaining of the subject had been given. After that the building elements and building equipments had been explained» A computer programme and an algorithm which can do a water level coordinate operation about the river and an example of this subject had been given» Making these workings without computer takes a long time» Water level coordinate operation can be done easily with the help of this programme and this programme is suitable for finding height of the water building» Examples have been given and figures are drawn far- explaining some subjects in an understable way. Also the packet programme which was prepared by the company of maccafferri from Italia named channelet had been showed. vur
