dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, poliazoesterlerin hidroksil gruplarının dibutil kalay dilaurat (T-12) mevcudiyetinde toluen diizosiyanat - etil metakrilat ile reaksiyonundan yeni bir makroinimer sentez edildi. Bu amaçla önce poliazoesterler, PAE-(ISOO) ve PAE-(3000) (parantez içindeki sayı PEG biriminin molekül ağırlığını göstermektedir.) Pinner sentezine göre AIBN ve 1500 -3000 molekül ağırlıklı polietilen glikollerden hazırlandı. Toluen diizosiyanat etilmetakrilat (TIEM) T-12 katalizörü mevcudiyetinde toluen diizosiyanat (TDI) ve hidroksi etil metakrilat (HEMA) reaksiyonundan hazırlandı. PAE ve TIEM reaksiyonundan elde edilen makroinimerler stiren veya metil metakrilatın serbest radikal polimerizas- yonunda kullanılarak dallanmış blok kopolimerler elde edildi. Yüksek makroinimer veya uzun polimerizasyon süresiyle de çapraz bağlı blok kopolimer elde edildi. Ayrıca elde edilen makroinimerler spektroskopik metodlarla ve çapraz bağlı blok kopolimerler şişme deneyleri ile karakterize edildi.
dc.description.abstractIn this work, A new macroinimer was synthesized by the capping reaction of hydroxyl groups of polyazoesters with toluene isocyanato ethyl methacrylate in the presence of the dibutyl tin dilaurate (T-12) for this purpose, at first polyazoesters, PAE(1500) and PAE(3000) (molecular weights of PEG units in paranthesis) were prepared by the Pinner synthesis from AIBN and poly ethylene glycols (PEG) with molecular weights 1500 and 3000. Toluene isocyanato ethyl methacrylate (TIEM) were prepared by the reaction of toluene diisocyanat and hydroxy ethyl metacrylate in the presence of T-12. Macroinimers obtained by the reaction of PAE with TIEM were used in the free radical polymerizations of Styrene or methyl metacrylate to obtain branched block copolymers. Higher macroinimer concentrations or long polymerization times led to cross-linked block copolymers. In addition, macroinimers were characterized by the spectroscopic methods and cross-linked block copolymers were characterized by the swelling experiments.en_US
