dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu çalışmada, 3-amino-l,2,4-triazorün bazı dikarboksilli asid anhidridleri ve asetil- aseton ile reaksiyonlan incelenmiş olup yeni heterohalkah bileşikler elde edilmiştir. Bu çerçe vede, glutarik anhidrid, ftalik anhidrid, cis-hekzahidroftalik anhidrid ve 1,8-naftalik anhidrid'in ayn ayn 3-amİno-l,2,4-triazol ile muamelesinden, sırasıyla, 3-glutarimido-, 3- ftalimido-, 3-(cis-hekzahidroftalimido)- ve 3-(l,8-naftilimido)- 1,2,4-triazol bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. 3-Amino-l,2,4-triazorün cis-l,2,3,6-tetrahidroftalik anhidrid ile reaksiyonu açık zincirli intermeidat olan N-(l,2,4-triazol-3-il)-cis-l,2,3,6-tetrahidroftalik asid monoamid oluşumu ile sonuçlanmıştır. Ayrıca suksinik anhidrid ile 3-amino-l,2,4-triazol'ün muamelesinden ise N,N-Di-(l,2,4-triaol-3~il)-suksin diamid elde edilmiştir. 3-Amino- 1,2,4- triazol'ün asetilaseton ile reaksiyonu ise bir kaynaşmış heterohalkah bileşik olan 2,4-dimetiI [l,2,4]-triazoIo [3,4-b] pirimidin'in oluşumuna yol açmıştır. Çalışmada sentezlenen yedi yeni bileşiğin yapılarını aydınlatmak için, mikroanaliz yöntemi ile İR, *H-NMR ve UV gibi spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılmıştır. IV
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY In this study, the reactions of 3-amino-l,2,4-triazole with some dicarboxylic acid anhidrides and acetylacetone were studied, new heterocyle compounds were synthesized. 3- Amino-l,2,4-triazole was treated with each glutaric anhyride, phtalic anhyride, cis- hexahydrophthalic anhydride and 1,8-naphtalic anhydride. The products were obtained as 3- glutarimido-, 3-phtalimido-, 3-(cis-hexahydrophtalimido)- and 3-(l,8-naphtilimido)- 1,2,4- triazole orderly. The reaction of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazoIe with cis-l,2,3,6-tetrahydrophta!ic anhydride yielded to give N-(l,2,4-triazole -3-yl)~cis-l,2,3,6-tetrahydrophtalic acid monoamide which was an acyclic intermediate. Furthermore, from the treatment of 3- amino-l,2,4-triazole with succinic anhidride N,N'-di-(l,2,4-triazole-3-yl)-succinic diamide was obtained. The reaction of 3~amino-l,2,4-triazole with acetyl acetone gave the 2,4- dimethyl [l,2,4]-triazole [3,4-b] pyrimidine that was a fused heterocycle compound. Identifications of the new seven compounds were made by combustion analyses and spectrornetric methods such as IR, *H-NMR and UV spectra.en_US
