2-Aminotiyazol ve 2-aminobenzotiyazol`un bazı reaksiyonlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada Flukadan temin edilen 2-Aminatiyazol ve/veya 2-Aminobenzotiya- zol'ün, süksinik anhidrid, ftalik anhidrid, 3-nitroftalik anhidrid, eis-l,2,3,6-tetra- hidr of talik anhidrid, cis-hekzahidroftalik anhidrid ve 1,8 naftilik anhidrid gibi dikarboksilli asid anbidridleri ile ve bu arada 2,5-dimetoksitetrahidrofuran ile reaksiyonları incelenmiştir. Bu reaksiyonların bir kısmında intermediat nitelikte olan ve açık zincirli yan grup içeren heterohalkalı bileşiklere, bir kısmında ise yeniden halka kapanması sonucu oluşan heterohalkalı bileşiklere varılmıştır. Ti- yazol veya benzotiyazol türevi niteliğinde 10 yeni bileşiğin elde edildiği bu çalışmada, yapı aydınlatılmaları, mikroanaliz yöntemi yanında, İR, lH NMR ve UV gibi spektroskopik metodlar kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. SUMMARY In this study, the reactions of 2-aminothiazole and/or 2-aminobenzothiazole with 2,5-diroethoxytetrahydrofuran and dicarboxylic acid anhydrides such as succinic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, 3-nitrophthalic anhydride, ds-1,2,3,6- tetrahydrophthalic anhydride; ds-hexahydrophthalic anhydride and 1,8- naphthalic anhydride were investigated. Some of these reactions resulted in the formation of intermediat heterocyclic compounds with an open chain side group. But, some of them led to the formation of new heterocycles via a ring closure reaction step. Ten new compounds of thiazoie or benzothiazole were synthesized. Identification of the 10 new compounds were done bycombustion analyses and spectrometric methods such as IR, *HNMR and UV spectra.
