dc.description.abstractÖZET 2-AMİNO-l,3,4-TİYADİAZOL ve 2-AMİNO-5-NİTROTİYAZOL'UN BAZI REAKSİYONLARININ İNCELENMESİ Bu çalışmada, Flukadan sağlanan 2-amino-l,3,4-tiyadiazol ve/veya 2-amino-5- nitrotiyazol'un suksinik anhidrid, 3-nitroftalik anhidrid, cis-l,2,3,6-tetrahidroftalik anhidrid, cis-hekzahidroftalik anhidrid ve 1,8-naftilik anhidrid gibi dikarboksilli asid anhidridleri ve 2,5-dimetoksitetrahidrofuran ile reaksiyonlan incelendi. Bu reaksiyon ların birinde intermedial nitelikte olan ve açık zincirli yan grup içeren heterohalkalı bir bileşiğe, diğerlerinde ise yeniden halka kapanması sonucu oluşan heterohalkalı bileşiklere varılmıştır. 1,3,4-Tiyadiazol ve 5-nitrotiyazol türevi niteliğinde 6 yeni bileşiğin elde edildiği bu çalışmada, yapı aydınlatılmaları, mikroanaliz yöntemi yanında, İR, ^H NMR ve UV gibi spektroskopik metotlar kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. dc.description.abstractSUMMARY THE INVESTIGATION OF SOME REACTIONS OF 2-AMINO- 1,3,4- TfflADIAZOLE AND 2-AMTNO-5-NITROTfflAZOLE In this study, the reaction of 2-amino-l,3,4-thiadiazole and/or 2-amino-5- nitrothiazole with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran and dicarboxylic acid anhydrides such as succinic anhydride, 3-nitrophthalic anhydride, cis-l,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and cis-hexahydrophthalic anhydride were investigated. One of these reactions resulted in the formation of intermediate heterocyclic compounds with an open chain side group. But, some of them led to the formation of new heterocycles via a ring closure reaction step. Six new compounds of 1,3,4-thiadiazole or 5-nitrothiazole were synthesized. Identification of the 6 new compounds were done by combustion analyses and spectrometric methods such as IR, *H NMR and UV spectra.
