Abstract

ÖZET Bazı l,3,4-Trisubstitue-4,5-Dihidro-lH-l,2,4--TriazoI-5-on Bileşiklerinin Sentezi Bu çalışmada, literatürde kayıtlı çeşitli 3-alkil~4-fenilamino- ve 3-aril-4-metilamino-4,5- dihidro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-on,lar sentezlenmiş olup bu bileşiklerin çeşitli nükleofılik karakterdedeki reaksiyonlan incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla bu bileşiklerin, sec-butil bromür, n-pentil bromür ve n-propil bromür ile reaksiyonlarından N-alkillendirilmeleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen 7 yeni bileşiğin yapı aydınlatılmaları için mikroanaliz, İR, *H NMR ve UV spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. SUMMARY The Synthesis of Some l,3,4-Trisubstituted-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4-triazoI-5-ones In this study, various known 3-alkyl-4-phenylamino- and 3-aryl-4-methylamino-4,5- dihydro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were synthesized and different nucleophilic reactions of these compounds were investigated. Thus, N-alkyl derivatives of these compounds were obtained by the reactions with sec-butyl bromide, n-pentyl bromide and n-propyl bromide. In order to identify new 7 compounds synthesized in the study, combustion analyses and spectroscopic methods including IR, *H NMR and UV were used.
