Bazı amino triazollerden arilidenamino türevlerinin sentezi

Abstract

ÖZET BAZI AMINO TRİAZOLLERDEN ARILIDENAMINO TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ Bu çalışmada, bazı 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5- on'lann 4-metoksibenzaldehid ve 3-metoksibenzaldehid ile reaksiyonları incelenmiş, 14 yeni 3-aM(aril)-4-(4-metoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-on ve 3-alkil (aril)-4-(3-metoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-on bile şikleri sentez edilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen yeni bileşiklerin yapı aydınlatmaları için mikroanaliz, İR, 'H NMR ve UV spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. SUMMARY THE SYNTHESIS OF ARYLIDENAMINO DERIVATIVES FROM SOME AMINO TRIAZOLES In this study, the reactions of some 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-lH- l,2,4-triazol-5-ones with 4-methoxybenzaidehyde and 3-methoxybenzaldehyde were investigated and 14 new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(4-methoxybenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-lH- 1,2,4-triazol-5-ones and 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(3-melhoxyberizylidenamino)-4, 5-dihydro- 1H- l,2,4-triazol-5-ones were synthesized. In order to identify the new compounds synthesized in the study, combustion analyses and spectroscopic methods including IR, lH NMR and UV were used.
