Bolaman-Ordu geleneksel konut mimarisi üzerine bir inceleme

Abstract

ÖZET BOLAMAN-ORDU YÖRESİ GELENEK KONUT MİMARİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME Mimari eserler, ulusların kültürlerini oluşturan öğelerin en önemlilerinden biridir. Geçmişle günümüz arasında bir köprü görevi yapan eski evler, gün geçtikçe azalmakta ve yerlerine yeni binalar inşa edilmektedir. Çağdaş kültürü yakalamamıza katkıda bulunan bu evler yeterince korunamamakta ve tanıtımları yapılamamaktadır. Bu nedenle geleneksel konut mimarimiz için özgün konut örnekleri ile dikkat çeken Bolaman-Ordu yöresi incelemeye alınmıştır. Çalışmada sırası ile yörenin tarihsel ve fiziksel durumu ile ekonomik yapısı, geleneksel konut mimarisini etkileyebilecek şekilde oluşan yerleşim özellikleri, geleneksel konutların yapısal ve mimari özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma sırasında, gözlem ve incelemeye dayanan alan araştırması yöntemi ile örnekler seçilmiştir. Bu örnekler fotoğraf ve röleve tekniği ile incelenmiştir. Her ev kendi bütünü içinde tahlil edilmiştir. Çalışmalar sırasında geleneksel konutların günümüz insanlarının ihtiyaçlarına cevap verebilecek şekilde değişikliğe uğradığı görülmüştür. Bu nedenle yeni yapıların, ihtiyaçlara cevap verebilecek ve geleneksel konut mimari özellikleri ile bağdaşabilecek şekilde tasarlanması önerilmiştir. SUMMARY Architecture productions one of the most impordant elements that prove the cultures of the nations. The old houses which are a kind of bridge between the past and the present time are getting smaller in number and replacing the new ones. The houses that contribute us to reach conteporary culture are not protected enough and can not be introduced. For this reason, Bolaman-Ordu location which is attracted with its own local samples in our traditional housing architecture is under protection now. In the study, historical and physical position and economical structure and locational features which can impress traditional housing architecture of the region have been searched in turn. During the research, the examples regard with observation and research have been chosen this semples have been examined with the technique of photography and röleve. Every house has been analyzed in its own form. During the study, it is observed that traditional houses have been changed to melt the needs of present man. So, It is suggested that modem building should be planned to meet the needs and suit traditional housing architecture features. Key Words : Bolaman, Traditional Housing, Röleve. VI
