Kaynak alabalığı (Salvelinus fontinalis)`nın üreme özellikleri ve iki farklı ticari yemin yavruların büyümeleri üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, 7 adet dişi ve 7 adet erkek kaynak alabalığı (Salvelinus fontinalis)'ndan 12.942 adet döllenmiş yumurta elde edilmiştir. Bu yumurtaların, kuluçka süresi 43 gün ve kuluçka randımanı %92,73 olarak bulunmuştur. Besin kesesini tüketmiş ve 0,34 g. ağırlığa ulaşmış olan kaynak alabalıkları 90 gün süre ile A ve B marka yemlerle beslenmişlerdir. Kondisyon faktörü besleme süresi sonunda gruplar için 0,97±0,02 ve 1.01±0,01; organsal indeks ise sırasıyla 11,32±0,44 ve 11,09±0,35 olarak belirlenmiştir. İki farklı ticari yemle beslenen guruplar arasında istatistiki olarak fark belirlenmemiştir (p>0,05).Büyüme parametrelerinden olan spesifik büyüme oranı A yeminde 3,54±0,03; B yeminde 3,53±0,01; protein etkinlik oranı A yeminde 2,05±0,04 iken B yeminde 1,95±0,03; yem değerlendirme oranı ise A yeminde 0,89±0,01, B yeminde 0,93±0,01 olarak belirlenmiş, gruplar arasında istatistiki olarak fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05).Deneme süresince ortalama canlı ağırlık artışı A yemi ile beslenen grupta 0,34 g'dan 9,87±0,96 g'a B yemi ile beslenen grupta ise 0,34 g'dan 8,93±0,45 g'a yükselmiştir. Canlı ağırlık artışı yönünden guruplar arasında istatistiki olarak önemli fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Çalışma sonunda hepatosomatik indeks değerleri sırasıyla 1,54±0,28 ve 1,42±0,13 olarak belirlenmiş olup gruplar arasında istatistiki farklar meydana gelmiştir (p<0,05).

In this study, 7 female and 7 male rainbow trout broodstock were used. A total of 12.942 fertilized eggs were determined. Incubation period of eggs were 43 days with 92.73% hatching yield. After absorption of yolk sac, the fry with 0.34 g were fed with A and B brand name commercial feeds for 90 days. At the end of feding period, condition factors, tissue indexes of A and B groups were determined as 0.97±0.02; 1.01±0.01 and 11.32±0.44; 11.09±0.35 respectively. There were no significant differences (p>0.05) between the groups with respect to condition factors, hepatosomatic indexes and tissue indexes. Growth parameters such as specific growth rate, protein efficiency ratio and feed conversion ratio from A and B feeds were deterermined as 3.54±0.03; 3.53±0.01 - 2.05±0.04, 1.95±0.03 and 0.89±0.01, 0.93±0.01 respectively. There were no significant differences between groups considering all of these parameters (p>0.05).After a 90 day of feeding, mean live weights of the groups fed with A and B feeds were increased from 0.34 g to 9.87±0.96 g and from 0.34 g to 8.93±0.45 g respectively. There were no significant differences between A and B groups with respect to live weight increases (p>0.05). Mean hepatosomatic indexes of A and B groups were calculated as 1.54±0.28; 1,42±0.13 respectively. The difference between groups were statistically significant (p<0,05)
