dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; Adi Porsuk (Taxus baccata L.) öz ve diri odun ile kabuğunun kimyasal bileşimleri standart metodlarla belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, ortalama olarak holoselüloz miktarı; öz odunda %57.88, diri odunda %67.40, kabukta %52. 19, lignin miktarı; öz odunda %27.67, diri odunda %30.45, kabukta %25.97, selüloz miktarı; öz odunda %45.38, diri odunda %52.78, kabukta %28.50, alfa selüloz miktarı; öz odunda %36.89, diri odunda %43.31 oranlarında, sıcak su çözünürlüğü; öz odununda %12.69, diri odunda %2.86, kabukta %27.41, soğuk su çözünürlüğü; öz odunda %8.34, diri odunda %1.83, kabukta %23.43, %1'lik NaOH çözünürlüğü; öz odunda %22.21, diri odunda %11.02, kabukta %49.24, alkol-benzen çözünürlüğü; öz odunda %15.30, diri odunda %2.59, kabukta %22.38 oranlarında bulunmuştur. dc.description.abstract | In this study, It was determined that the chemical compositions of hearth wood and sap wood, and bark of Taxus baccata L. by standard methods. According to the results obtained, average values of chemical compositions are calculated as follows: Holocellulose content; 57.88% in hearth wood, 67.40% in sap wood, 52.19% in bark, lignin content; 27.67% in hearth wood, 30.45% in sap wood, 25.97% in bark, cellulose content; 45.38% in hearth wood, 52.78% in sap wood, 28.50% in bark, a-cellulose content; 36.89% in hearth wood, 43.31% in sap wood. Besides these chemical contents obtained, some solubility characteristics were investigated. According to the results obtained, the solubility characreristics are as follows: Solubility in hot water content; 12.69% in hearth wood, 2.86% in sap wood, 27.41% in bark, solubility in cold water content; 8.34% in hearth wood, 1.83% in sap wood, 23.43% in bark, solubility in 1% NaOH content; 22.21% in hearth wood, 11.02% in sap wood, 49.24% in bark, solubility in alcohol-benzene content; 15.30% in hearth wood, 2.59% in sap wood, 22.38% in bark.
