dc.description.abstractÖZET Çalışmamızda ilk olarak ve 4,5 - dibromo kateholden bazı nitril ve tiyoamidlerin sentezi yapılmıştır. Takiben nitrillerin tiyosemikarbazit ile reaksiyonundan yeni 2 - amino - 1,3,4 - tiyodiazol türevleri elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen bu iki tiyodiazol' ün iki yeni şift bazı hazırlanmıştır. Ayrı bir bölümde tiyoamidler ile hidrazin'in reaksiyonundan polimerik tetrazin bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklere ilişkin 1H- NMR, BC- NMR,APT, DEPT, İR, UV spektroskopisi kullanılarak yapı aydınlatılmaları yapılmıştır. dc.description.abstractSUMMARY Synthesis and Structural Identification of Same 2- amino - 1,3,4 - thiodiazole Derivatives In this study, first time some of the nitrile and thioamide compounds were synthesized starting from catechole and 4,5 - dibormocatechole. Then, new 2 - amino - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole derivatives were obtained from the reaction of nitrile with thiosemicarbazide. Two new shiff baze of this new synthesized thiadiazole compounds from the reaction between thioamide and hydrazide were obtained. The structure of synthesized compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods using XH, 13C, APT, DEPT NMR experiments and UV, IR spectrometric techniques.
